Alexis looked at the sharp knife in her hands and felt upset.
She walked over to the window and reflected on her surroundings. She had always hated The Graveyard with its tasteless, trees and graves. It was a place that where she had a tendency to feel upset.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was Porter. Porter was a beast with robotic arms and robotic legs.
Alexis gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was different then before, although she's still a reckless, Coffee drinker with a weird taste in music. Her friends saw her as a sensitive, caring person. Once, she had even made a cup of tea for EV. EV, one of her enemies, strange, right? She's also fought by Reaper in a war. Also her enemy.
But not even a person who had once fought in a war with her closest rivals was prepared for what Porter had in store today.
The snow flurried around, blinding Alexis.
As Alexis stepped outside and Porter came closer, she could see the evil glint in his eye.
"Why are here..?" Alexis asked, griping the knife.
"I am here because I want Forgiveness," Porter bellowed, in a 'loving' tone.
"I-I can't forgive you! What you've done is horrible!" Alexis yells. Porter growls in anger. H
He slams his fist against Alexis's chest. "I hate you, Alexis ."
Alexis wheezes, gasping for air. She looks up at him, even more upset and still fingering the sharp knife. "Porter! Let's- let's talk about this! I know you hate me! B-but.. I-I.. why..?" she replied.
They looked at each other with frustrated feelings. They don't understand each other. They never have.
Suddenly, Porter lunged forward and tried to stab Alexis in the stomach. Quickly, Alexis grabbed the sharp knife and brought it down on Porter's skull.
Porter's robotic arms trembled and his robotic legs wobbled. He looked shocked. And yet he still held onto the necklace Alexis had given him a long time ago.
Then he let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later Porter was dead.
Alexis sat there. Processing what just happened. She stands up, tears in her eyes.
"I..I.." she sobs " I-I'm s-sorry!!" she runs away. Porter's spirit withers away in sorrow. His blood stains the snowy grass. But the night carries on. And the days after. Nothing changes.
Death doesnt change the seasons. It doesn't make oceans rise. They just die. And that's it.
