Chapter 14

Soon Jenny and her 3 year old son called Jacob arrived at the house and Jenny seems like such a lovely women. "So Jacob, what did Santa bring you for Christmas?" My dad asked him picking him up.

"Sweeties!" He squealed.

"Yummy in my tummy!" My dad laughed and put him back down. "Let's open these presents then," My dad said and we began to open the presents. Jenny and Jacob were staying for the Christmas Dinner so it's a good job I made extra food to start off with.

"YAY!" Jacob shouted and got all excited. He's adoreable! We passed all the presents around. Only my dad had bought Jenny and Jacob presents because obviosuly I never knew about them until today. We opened presents and things and my dad had bought me some blue vans (vans are a type of shoe) and some new headphones and some new perfume and then he gave me £50 on top of all that. I love every single present he bought me. I love my dad A LOT! I bought my dad a new scarf, jumper and man spray haha. That's what he wanted so I bought it him. He loved it as well. My dad bought Jacob some toy cars and he bought Jenny some really expensive perfume. My dad is so thoughtful. I love him a lot. After we finished opening the presents I went back to making the Christmas Dinner. Jenny came to help me out which was very nice of her. Christmas Dinner was ready around 1pm in the end. I took a photo of the table set out. with the food on the plates and everything. I then used the timer on my camera on my phone to take a photo of us all. It actually worked. I was sat next to my dad and opposite Jacob. He's so cute it's stupid!

We finished eating and we sat and watched loads of family films. I played with Jacob and his new toy cars for a bit as well. Then me and Jacob were messing around with the camera on my dads phone. He has an iPhone so we turned the camera on us and I kept taking photos of me and Jacob. Jacob likes me...I think. I bluetoothed the photos over to my phone and then I edited them on instagram so I looked a little bit decent. Then my dad said he would take a photo on my phone of me and Jacob. I looked at the photo he took and it was alright but instagram will save me! haha. I upload a photo of me and Jacob on twitter.

We all then just watched films for the rest of the day. Jacob and Jenny were staying over. Jacob was stopping in the spare bedroom and I was obviously in my bedroom and Jenny and my dad were in my dad's room. I do miss my mum and I wish she was with me right now and not Jenny but I've got to understand that she's just watching down on me now and hopefully feeling proud and my dad seems happy so I'm happy to welcome Jenny and Jacob into our little family. I think it would also help my dad a lot. He's never been the same without mum around but I think Jenny has filled his heart again. Obviously I don't want my dad to forget about my mum. I know he won't forget about her. She's always with us both even if someone does join the family in her place. They will never replace her fully. She'll always be there in mine and my dad's hearts.
