It had been two days. Finn and Murphy had just got pardoned. I was currently walking to Medbay to check on Bali. I had to give her some of my clothes before we made it into camp. I told them we found her. She doesn't remember which station she is from. I told Abby of course.
Abby has some sort of superhuman memory. She knew as soon as I brought Bali into Medbay that she wasn't supposed to be here. Luckily I had managed to keep Bali in my room. She had to do a daily check-up with Abby. As I entered medbay I saw Abby and Bali talking.
"How is she?" I asked walking next to Bali.
"She's..." Abby looked past me. I looked behind me. It was Major.
"I need you, chancellor," She said looking at Abby. Abby nodded.
"The daily visits can stop. She should just stay off of her leg for a while" She said smiling at me. She then walked out.
"How do you feel?" I asked looking at her.
"You shouldn't have brought me here," She said standing up. She started to wobble. I grabbed her. She settled into her spot.
"Hey, come on we need you," Octavia said as I was helping Bali into my room.
"Why?" I asked looking at her.
"We're going on a scouting mission. Remember. Best fighter" She said looking at me.
"What about Bali?" I asked.
"Don't let me stop you from getting to your people." She said looking at me. I looked back at Octavia.
"I'll talk to Bali. Then I will meet you okay" I said looking at her. She nodded then left. I made my way into my room. I picked up my bag. I handed Bali my notebook.
"In here is a list of all the people to avoid," I said picking up my sword. She looked at the book then at me.
"Thank you Xania of the sky people," She said. I nodded and smiled.
I can't believe they allowed Finn to come. I was walking right behind Clarke and Abby. They were talking amongst themselves. I couldn't help but worry about Bali.
"How are you holding up?" Abby asked me.
"I'm fine..." I said looking around. Abby and Clarke looked at each other.
"Okay..." Clarke said. I just kept walking.
Abby, Raven, and Clarke were looking up at Mount Weather.
"We're missing two!" I heard Abby shout" I looked around.
"Bellamy, Octavia!" Someone shouted.
"I'm going with them," Finn said.
"Wait we need you here," Raven said stepping in front of him.
"Why so you can keep an eye on me?" He said to Raven. He had a gun in his hand.
"I don't know about everyone else but frankly... I think you should be dead." I said grabbing the gun from his hand. "Like the elderly and children, you slaughtered," I said putting the gun back down. He just stared at me.
"What do you think I'm gonna do!" he shouted in Raven's face.
"That!" I shouted pushing him. He got up and walked away.
"I'll go after him," Clarke said. I just watched as they ran in the opposite direction.
"I can't believe she's still playing to his pity party" I said as I shook my head. Raven looked at me sympathetically.
"She'll come around. I think" Raven joked. I let my lips form into a small smile.
"Do you hear that?" I asked looking at Raven.
"What?" She asked me.
"I can hear... Birds." I said looking around.
"So... That's something that happens on Earth" She said smiling at me.
"It's not the migrating season," I said looking around.
"Acid fog!" I Shouted. Everyone looked at me confused. "Raven, Abby with me now! Everyone get out your tents unless you want to die burning from the inside out!" I said as I opened my bag. I started making the tent. Abby helped me.
"How do you know?" Raven asked as I opened the front of the tent. I pointed to our right. There was a big yellow and greenish clowd. Raven looked back at me. "Right," She said as she got into the tent.
Raven was messing around with her radio and Abby was trying to contact Clarke as we waited out the fog. "You hear that?" She asked as she was messing with the radio. I watched as she messed with the frequency.
"It's clear?" I asked looking at it.
"That's clear?" Abby said opening up her bag.
"What does it mean?" I asked looking at Raven.
"If we can get it to work... We can listen in on Mount Weather" She said smiling at me. I smiled back.
"What's taking so long?" Abby asked.
"She has to pinpoint the origin of the loop," I said as I was messing around with my knife.
"Would you look at that. The mechanic actually remembers something." Raven said smirking at me. I just scoffed.
"I took multiple classes, Raven. You have no idea how hard it is to meet the standards of the Chancellor and your father" I said sitting up.
"No I don't," She said looking at me. "I should almost be there." She said.
"Check the other side and report. Over" Someone said over the radio. They said a couple of more things.
"The veil. They control the fog" Abby said looking out of the tent.
"It's a weapon," I said.
"Which means they attacked us," Raven said.
"Sergeant Porter," Abby said.
"Yes, ma'am?" Porter said.
"Build your bomb. When that fog lifts, take the tower down. Copy?" Abby said.
"I copy, ma'am," Porter said. Raven was shaking her head.
"What is it?" I asked looking at her.
"We're listening to the enemy. Blow the antenna, we won't be able to do that." Raven said looking at Abby.
"Don't blow it and we won't make contact with any other Ark survivors. We need those reinforcements, Raven." Abby said looking between us.
"Tough Call" Raven and I said at the same time.
"I know what Clarke would do," Raven said. I just scoffed.
The fog had cleared. I was looking at the Ark when Clarke and Finn came back. Clarke and Abby were talking. I heard something. "Help. Help me!" Someone shouted. I walked over. It was Jaha.
"Thelonious?" I said walking up to him. "Put your guns down," I said to the guards. They did as I said. He was covered in blood.
"I have a message. From the commander" he said as he was on his knees. "Leave... or die." He said with his lip quivering. "We have two days," He said.
"Wheres my father?" I asked, sitting next to him. He just looked at me."I'm sorry," He said looking at me.
"Why? Thelonious Why!" I shouted shaking him. Clarke grabbed me and pulled me back.
