Hello!

I know this is unexpected of me but somehow some way I was able to find the ORIGINAL copy of I Married a Gangster, I am talking first person and all. Since I have written this story, I believe it has changed approximately three times.

I wanted to first explain the reason because your thoughts have been heard.

This original copy was first started in the summer of 2011. At the time, I was only thirteen years old and for some reason, the book blew up faster than I could control. I was a new writer and constantly struggled with writer's block, making the story disjointed. I was also in the bad boy older man era of my pre-teen youth.

Francesco came off a lot harsher with the subject matter I was not ready to be writing about. When I turned 18 I re-read the story and was horrified. I didn't want young girls reading my book and idolizing a man who is abusive emotionally or physically. Possession, obsession, and controlling behavior are NOT okay in a relationship and I need you to know this before you continue.

I know that when I rewrote it I wanted to portray a type of relationship often not written about, a relationship where the male protagonist is flawed, but still caring. It worked, the feedback I read was amazing. A lot of people were shocked Francesco wasn't an asshole.

Also, I was freaking thirteen when I wrote this book. In my opinion it is disjointed, runs on a little too long, and lack a solid plot. I hated it when I re-read the book and spent 2020-2023 re-writing the book into something I enjoyed to write but hoped others would enjoy to read.

And despite some of the rude comments I am extremely proud of the finished copy and am in works of publishing it!

Many old readers were dissapointed with my change and removal, and I do apologize for that. I want you all to realize that everything I put on this site in a draft -- but it is my main priority to never do that again. It is entirely unfair to you all who read these books and fell in love with the original copy despite its errors.

And that truly means a lot to me.  So all in all, this is for the fans. This version was the version that garnered me my first 1,000,000 reads. It is quite literally my ugly little baby. And while it embarrasses me to no end to have this published on the internet, this is for you. It'll never leave this website anymore. She's here forever.

It is unedited as a whole. I found this version randomly from Dreame and wanted to share it with you guys as soon as I seen it. Plus it's a draft of a version of a book that no longer exists, so editing won't be likely.
