Adventure In The Woods

The bicycle ride part 2

"This is getting kinda boring just cycling across this route. Who want to go off track?" Suggested Alfie.
"I guess we all have to stick together so where one person goes we all go," said Oakley.
"Yeah you really are talking more than normal," said Dan
"Well when I was waiting for you guys to get to the triangle I searched up this place," Oakley explained.
"So?" Said Alfie curiously.
"It said there were multiple kidnappings here last year," Oakley blurted out. "But I was to afraid to tell you since you wouldn't believe me you never do."
"But this is serious Oakley. You realise that," said Josh. By this time all the boys had stopped cycling. "You realise what could happen to us, right?"
"Yes I do. But that was last year and there has been nothing this year. We are fine," Exclaimed Oakley. "Dan you alright you seem quiet."
"What is the quickest way out off here?" Asked Dan.
"Start cycling!" Shouted Oakley. All the boys started cycling. "Why? Did you see something," asked Alfie. Oakley  hesitated to answer. "What did you see?!"
"Nothing i just thought if Dan said 'what is the quickest way out of here' then he had saw something,"said Oakley
"I will tell you when we get back just get off of the path he will know where we go if we do!" Said Dan in such a rush that all the words just sounded like he was speaking gibberish. "What did you say?" Asked Alfie.
"Just get off of the path," said Oakley.
"Who will see us Dan?"
"You don't want to know right now maybe later when we get into the open. We need to concentrate on getting out of here right now. So don't speak," said Dan. So off the boys went speeding through the woods.They weren't going to fast incase they crash into a tree but going just fast enough to get out of the woods in 15 minutes. Now that they were out of the woods they slowed down. "Right now we are out of there who was it you saw?" Asked Oakley.
Dan stayed quiet."So who was it?" He asked again getting impatient.
"Idk (meaning i don't know in slang talk) I saw a guy hiding behind a tree. He was quite far away but he kept moving behind trees closer and closer to us," he said still out of breathe.
