Trapped

Chapter One

"Kei time to get up." I heard my friend yell at me from outside my door. "Go away." I groaned, turning over. I heard my door open quite loudly and heard steps. I felt hands grab my ankles and she PULLED me off my bed. "Get up and get changed." She said. I sighed and pulled myself up, holding my head. "You made me hit my head on the floor." I mumbled as she walked out. I sighed and stretched before getting changed. After that I grabbed my scissors, placing them in my pocket. "Ready~!" I sang, walking out of my room. "About time." She said, dragging me away to out hangout.

We stepped into the cafè and waved to the owner. "Hello girls." The old man said. We come to this place every day and we ended up becoming friends with the staff. "The same girls?" He asked. "Yes please!" We both said at once and giggled. I turned to look at my friend. "So.. Tell me the story again Keki." I asked. "Again? I could've just been a dream." She sighed but nodded, smiling. "I had just woken up in the middle of class. The teacher had shook his head disapprovingly. I knew that wasn't our teacher so I looked around. My eyes landed on Lights head. I wanted to scream but I stayed quiet. I would keep looking at him. At the end of class I took out an apple and threw it behind Light. Ryuk caught it.." She said, telling me the story. In the middle of it we got our drinks and the waitress listened to the story a bit before going back to work. "After saving his life.. I don't remember much other then waking up." She ended. "I still can't say that was just a dream Keki." I said, finishing my coffee. "How do we prove it then?" She sighed. "I have an idea!" I giggled and paid for our drinks before dragging her out.

I pulled her into an alley and took my phone out, searching up spells. "Say this." I said, handing her my phone and dumped water onto the ground. "Okay.." She said and held out her free hand above the water. "Water nymphs from the clouds, make the rain fall to the ground." She said it two more times and we waited. "See, I told you-." She said but was interrupted when it started to rain lightly. "Okay maybe it was more then a dream?" She said softly. "Well then make it stop!" I hissed and she looked for a spell to stop it. "Gods of power, Gods of might, I bid you now, stop this plight, Stop the rain, we need no more, Let it fall, nevermore." She said and the rain stopped slowly. "Alright that's enough magic spells for one day." She said and we ran out of the alley. "Lets go to your house." I giggled and we started to walk to her house.

"This place kinda seems... Familiar doesn't it?" I asked. "Kei you're crazy..." She mumbled. "No really it does.. Did we take a wrong turn?" I asked and saw a path going downhill. "Tokyo.." I mumbled. "Ghoul.." Keki finished and she grabbed my hand. "Don't even think about it." She hissed. I looked down the path and thought up something. "I have to call my parents, let them know where I am. Go ahead." I said, taking out my phone. She seemed reluctant but went ahead. I waited until she was far enough ahead before bolting down the path. "Kei!" I heard her scream but I ignored it. I came to the dead end and I felt eyes on me. I slowly turned around and saw the long purple haired ghoul. "Rize.." I mumbled softly and she jumped at me. Like the anime though, the steel beams fell on us, she died and I passed out.

I woke up. I couldn't see anything I sat up and looked around. I heard people running toward me and saw that I was surrounded by CCG people. I blinked and started crying. Who wouldn't though. I didn't know where I was and I was gonna be killed if they thought I was a ghoul. One of them stepped closer to my. "What are you doing here?" He asked. "Are you a ghoul?" He added and I shook my head. "I just woke up here.." I mumbled. "Must've been taken by a ghoul." He said and they ran off. I stopped the tears and ran the other way and hid myself inbetween something. I heard more footsteps and saw more CCG people, only three this time, and one of the ghouls. He quickly killed them and looked over at me, making my skin crawl. He walked over and bent down. Uta.. I thought. "Why are you crying?" He asked. "And who are you, ghoul?" He added. Great I eat human fleash. I sighed. "Kei. My name is Kei." I said and jumped up and hugged him. "Where am I?!" I yelled quite loudly and more CCG people came running. He had me keep hiding where I was and quickly killed them. "Come on." He said and started running down the hall. I ran after him rather fast, though I jumped at every little sound. After he battled and killed more people he led me under a bridge and over toward a lady and a little girl. "I found her crying.. Watch her." Uta said, shoving me lightly toward them. "Who is she Uta?" The little one asked. "He's gone.." I mumbled, looking behind me. I sat down beside the little girl and smiled. "I'm Kei by the way." I smiled. "My name is Hinami." She smiled back. "So what were you doing in the battle grounds?" She asked. "I don't know.. I was walking home with my friend Keki and these pillers crushed me and I fainted. I woke up here." I mumbled. "I am pretty sure that you can come back with us after all this is over Kei!" She said cheerfully and I smiled. "Thanks Hinami." I yawned, laying down on the grass. "I'm just going to take a small nap..." I mumbled, closing my eyes and drifting off into dream land.

I felt someone shaking my shoulder, most likely trying to wake me. "Leave me alone.." I muttered, swatting the hand away and turning away to sleep some more. "She's refusing to get up.." I heard a female voice say. "Hm.. Maybe she's hungry. Go get some food please Kaneki." A much older male voice asked. I heard footsteps walk off and a few minutes later, they returned. I heard paper being removed and a sweet scent of food. I peeked open an eye, rolling back around to face them. "Kei!" Hinami said happily. "Hi." I smiled at her, sitting up and rubbing away sleep from my eyes. "How are you feeling?" She asked. "Just fine. A bit hungry but fine." I said. "Then here." Kaneki said, handing me the meat. "Thanks.." I said, taking it and bitting a piece off. "So where am I?" I asked them. "You are in my cafe." The oldest one smiled at me. I looked at him and the others for a bit. I almost fainted from fright. "No! I didn't mean it! I didn't really mean I wanted to be here!" I screeched loudly. "Woah, calm down." Kaneki said. "What do you mean by 'be here'? He asked. "I can't tell you Kaneki! You'd think I was crazy!" I yelled again. "Um.. Mr. Yoshimura, would it be to much to ask that I stay here? I don't have a home after what happened to me." I laughed softly. "At least until I figure out how to... Return." I smiled lightly. "It's fine by me but... How do you know me?" He asked. "If I told you, you wouldn't believe me." I sighed. "Wait... If Keki stayed a half blood when she returned from that world then.. Would I stay a.. Ghoul.." I muttered to myself. "Oh for the love of anime, I don't want that." I sighed and face planted into a pillow. "If I stay a ghoul when I return I would have to eat people.. Would Keki be scared if I told her that I was still a ghoul.." I mumbled in the pillow, pondering the thought. I felt someone grab the collar of my shirt and lift me up. "If you tell this Keki, I'll have to kill her." Touka said coldly. "Calm down Touka. She isn't even in this world.." I sighed. Her eyes widened and she released me, stepping back. "What? Did I say something weird?" I asked, tilting my head. "H-how do you know my name..?" She asked. "Oh I know who everyone in this room is called." I smiled brightly. "Then what's my name!" The gay like purple haired one asked. "You're Shuu a ghoul who tried to eat Kaneki." I said and glared at him. "The white haired one is Kaneki, who is a half ghoul but allowed his ghoul self to be one with him. The reason he is a ghoul now is because of Rize. Then the one you killed Kaneki was Yakumo. I hated him so thanks for killing him." I smiled. "You, Touka, have a brother named Ayato, but you two don't get along that much anymore... Nishiki is a ghoul who fell in love with a human. They're cute together don't you think?" I kept talking. "Then Uta." I said, turning toward him. "You make masks for the ghouls and for some reason your kakugan always remains visible." I said softly. "My turn!" Hinami cheered. "You're Hinami. The cutest little girl ever!" I smiled. "I am also sorry about what happened to you..." I lowered my voice and hugged her gently, almost crying when the episodes came back. "You know everything..." Mr. Yoshimura said. "Yep!" I giggled, pulling away from Hinami. "So I know everything you will do so if you don't allow me to stay I will inform the CCG." I told him with a straight face. "But seeing as I am a ghoul too now.. That would be a bad idea. So what do you think my Kagune will look like. I hope as awesome as Hinami's!" I laughed happily. I looked around at everyone, seeing they all had the same confused face. "Wow. I thought a bunch of Ghoul's could take this information better." I sighed with a shrug. "How about we all rest now. It has been a long night full of battling. We need our rest." Mr. Yoshimura told everyone. "Bye bye everyone!" I giggled, waving to them all. "Um.." Mr. Yoshimura looked at me. "Kei." I chuckled. "Kei you can use the spare bedroom upstairs." He said. "Touka could you show her?" He asked. "Sure." She smiled at him. "Come on weirdo." She said and walked out. "K!" I laughed and followed after her. "So where did you come from?" She asked as we walked. "Oh, you know, the same way everyone came to exist." I giggled. She glared at me and got an anime vein. "You know what I mean!" She yelled. "Yes I know what you mean but I don't wanna tell you." I smiled evilly and walked into the guest room. "Good night Touka." I said and closed the door.
