Arabella Lillian Salvatore used to wonder why bad thing's happened to good people, why no matter what you did to try and stay pure the darkness would eventually find you.
That was until she realised that no one is truly good, the cruel moments of life strip away our innocence. The thing's that are perceived to be good are just a façade, put on to hide our true intentions.
Arabella had once just been an innocent young girl, born in 1846 she lived a simple life in a town known as Mystic Falls. She was a girl who loved literature, art and music, who loved being in nature and spending time with her brothers.
Despite the untimely death of her beloved mother and the abusive nature of her father, Arabella and her brothers stayed somewhat oblivious to the true horrors of life. At least they did until one day they met Katherine Pierce and were introduced to the supernatural world and all the pain and darkness that come's along with it.
