Background : Louise has had a longtime admiration for Evie, and Evie has had feeling's for Lo before. However, Evie has had a hard time connecting with her feeling's ever since she was cheated on by boring ex-girlfriend Flare. Ever since then, Evie has had feelings for Lou but kept having second thoughts and would push her away. Ev would especially push Lou away when she was most caring and affectionate towards Ev. And when Lou was pushed away, Lou would get hurt and retaliate, then Ev would come running back as if nothing happened. And it would just be constant toxic cycle of loving and losing, and Lou getting hurt and Ev being confused. Then quarantine hit and they haven't seen each other since the last time they were in school together. Now, Louise and Evie are friends but they both secretly have feelings for each other and deep down, they both know, but they doubt it.
setting: Lou came over Evie's house to get ready for a party that Ev was going to. Lou hadn't been to a party in a while and really just wanted to feel something new. Lou and Evie got ready for the party.
Lou's fit :
Evie's fit:
third person pov :
As they got ready, Evie couldn't help but glance over at Lo's bare back. She had so many feelings but she didn't know how to express them. Lou was at the mirror and she glanced at Ev through the mirror. Ev averted her gaze and tried to focus on her own outfit.
Lou's pov :
"I can't believe i'm doing this," thought Lo. "The only reason why I'm going is because of Ev. To be honest, I'd rather stay here with her rather than going to this party....I wonder if she still has feelings for me" I can feel her looking at me while I'm putting my top on. As I finished I started thinking about Ev again, then looked at her through the mirror. We made eye contact until she broke it.
I put on my pajama pants and oversized shirt on top of the corset top and make my way to the vanity to start on my make up, deciding to cover up in case I make a mess. Once Evie was done getting dressed, she headed to the bathroom to straighten her hair since I was occupying the makeup area. I decided to go with a simple makeup look with lash extension and subtle blush and highlights on my cheekbones. When I finished my makeup, I curled my hair into natural-like waves and then put it in a half up half down style. I carefully slipped off the oversized t-shirt and decided to check on Evie. When I entered the bathroom, Evie was in the middle of curling her lashes.
"Ha! Lo, I know you don't really go to parties often but I'm sure you know that you're not supposed to wear pajama pants to them," she laughed. I look down to see the pajama pants she's referring to.
"Well duh. I'm not that anti-social. I knew you would take a million years to get ready so I'd rather be comfy waiting then being in that leather skirt for 3 hours before that party even started," I mocked Evie. She stuck her tongue out at me mockingly in response
"Oh this section isn't fully straightened. Here let me."
She hands me the straightener and stands still as she watches me through the mirror. Playing on her speaker was Somebody I F*cked Once by Zolita. I take my time, making sure not to burn her in the process. I can feel her staring at me as the song continues.
I'm kinda hooked on you and in the mood for an obsession, yeah.
"I've been obsessed with Ev since I laid my eyes on her that first time," I thought to myself. Finishing up, I set down the straightener. I met her eyes through the mirror, and this time she didn't look away.
You might be someone I could love.
I break eye contact first and clear my throat. "Hurry up," I said while hurrying out of the bathroom.
Or you're just somebody I fucked once.
"I wish..." I thought in my head, trying to calm down my rapid heart.
