Chapter 12, the night before camp

"Suna I-" He cut off my words again by placing another kiss on my lips. He pulled away again and spoke up first this time.

"Sorry. I just felt like it." I rolled my eyes and slapped his shoulder.

"Suna you can't just go around kissing people because you feel like it. Next time at least ask." He pursed his lips together and looked into my eyes.

"Can I kiss you again." I looked at him unamused and escaped out of arms. While walking away I responded to his question.

"No. You can wait until we're dating." Suna gasped and ran up to me.

"So you're saying you'll actually date me??" I gave him a disgusted face and shook my head no.

"Probably not if you keep pulling shit like this. Anyways enough of relationship type of talk. Wanna smoke? We haven't smoked together in a while." His face lit up like a kid and he nodded his head. "Okay. We can smoke in my room." Suna grabbed me and carried me in his arms up the stairs and into my room. "Jeez pretty boy at least take out on a date first before grabbing me like that."

"But we've been on dates before." I furrowed my brows together and look at him confused. he sighed before continuing. "We went on one date for each of our birthdays so that's already two. The day where we ditched together I personally count as a date. So that's three. BUT there's more to come!" I scoffed and lightly laughed.

"Okay fine. If that's what you want to believe then go ahead." I grabbed a joint I had and my lighter out of my drawer. I lit the joint and took the first hit. I then handed it to Suna and we passed it to each other while staying in yet another comfortable silence. Once we finished the joint we were laying down in my bed together. Suna still hasn't asked any stupid questions. Fuck. Is he asleep? I swear if he is I'm dragging his ass down. I sat up to look at Suna and he was staring up at the ceiling, well until I was in the way and he was looking at me instead. I brushed my hand through his hair and decided to speak up for him. "You okay? You're being pretty quiet right now." He sighed and sat up with me and held both my hands in his. Uh oh.

"Do you actually have feelings for me? Or are you just playing around?" God dammit. I gotta stop being an asshole to him. I grabbed his face with both of my hands and kissed his nose.

"I do Suna. I really do like you. I'm just a little scared of the whole relationship thing. I'm not very good at it." He let out a little chuckle and rested his arms around my waist and brought me closer to him. I took a deep breath before continuing. "Ask me out sometime during nationals okay? Maybe I'll ask the coach and join as a full manager so I can be there the whole time with you. Just, can you teach me more about volleyball? I have no idea what I'm supposed to do." We laughed together and he laid us both down with me on top of him.

"Yeah. I'm kinda scared too because the only relationship I was in was with Kayano and you know how that went. But I promise to always make you happy and put you as my top priority. And I'll teach you everything about volleyball so you can come to nationals with me." I laughed and lightly smacked his shoulder.

"God Suna. You're such a simp." He pouted and flipped me over so he was on top again.

"You don't have to remind me!" I laughed and pushed him off of me. After we spent a few minutes to calm down I looked at my phone to check the time.

"Shit. Suna it's almost 10 you have to go home." He frowned and gave me puppy dog eyes. "No youre not spending the night. If you want I can pick you up tomorrow and drive you to the school."

"pretty please."

"yes. Now get up so I can drive you home." He groaned as he stood up and followed me out the house and into my car. I drove Suna over to his house and we stayed pretty quiet and just listened to whatever music he was playing. I pulled into his driveway and unlocked the door for him so he can get out. After a minute passed he still hasn't left so I looked over to see if he was gonna get out but instead he was just sitting in the seat looking around trying to pass time. I sighed and spoke up. "Suna. What are you doing." He looked over at me and smiled.

"Waiting for you to kick me out because I want to spend as much time as I can with you." I shook my head while laughing softly. I turned my body towards Suna's and grabbed his head to place a small kiss on his forehead. I then moved past him and opened his door for him.

"Alright now get out because I'm tired and we have to get up early tomorrow." He sighed and climbed out of the car and slowly walked into his house. Before he closed the door he waved at me and I returned it before driving back to my house. As soon as I got home I went back up to my room and packed everything that I needed for the training camp for the next week. In the middle of packing my phone started ringing so I walked over to it and saw that Suna was facetiming me. Can he go one hour without me? I answered it and saw him doing the same thing I was, which was packing.

"Are you excited to spend the whole week with me??"

"not really. Especially since you've been really clingy recently for no reason."

"Hey I have my reasons!"

"uh huh and those reasons are?"

"Personal reasons, just let me live."

"Yeah okay Suna. And don't forget to be up tomorrow Cause I'll be at your house at 7:30. If you're later than 5 minutes I'm leaving you."

"Why are you so mean to me??"

"I don't want to look like a bad manager for being late because of you."

I had finished packing and turned off my lights and crawled into bed while staying on facetime with Suna.

"Okay okay I'll be there on time I promise. Also do you think this shirt would make me look hot?"

He held up a shirt with Sponge Bob wearing a Dope hat with the words "swag" on it.

"okay Suna it's time for bed goodnight."

"WAIT DON'T LEA-"

I hung up on Suna and just stared at the ceiling in disbelief. Out of all people I had to fall for this dumbass Kid. It was a fucking kid's shirt. It had the words SWAG on it. I can't do this anymore tonight. I played some music and closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.
