Melissa had taken the bags of blood from the nurse and moved to quickly set them up to help with the transfusion as the surgeon moved to get the Sheriff comfortable and gassed for his operation.
"Stiles? Where's my son?" he mumbled through the mask.
Liam's stepfather was clad in medical scrubs and a surgical mask as he moved to stand over him. He moved to try and keep the man down as he started to thrash about. "Sheriff, you have to settle down," he told him.
But the Sheriff kept fighting against him. He moved his hand to try and take off his mask and pick himself up. "My son. I have to find Stiles!"
"Orderly!" the doctor yelled out.
"Where did he go? Where's Stiles?! I have to find my son!" the Sheriff ranted out, trying to fight against the orderly trying to keep him from throwing himself off the table.
"We have to sedate him, now!" the doctor ordered one of the nurses.
Quickly, Melissa moved to fix his mask back in place just before signaling to another nurse to start turning the knobs for the medicinal gas to be released from the tanks. There was a faint hiss heard as the Sheriff started breathing in the sleeping gas. Melissa moved to grab his hand as to draw his attention right to her.
"Hey," she muttered to him. "It's okay. We're going to find him."
The gas started to take some effect and his struggling started to lag as his muscles became numb. He was settling down and the nurses began to move to get him back firmly in the middle of the table. Melissa moved to hold his hand as his eyes started to grow heavy. Once they were closed, she then let him go and moved to help get started, so she didn't hear him speaking.
"Stiles...he...wolf," he managed to mutter before sleep took him.

Jordan Parrish was covered in ash from head to tow as he made his way into the bathroom. He moved to turn the knobs of the shower and soon enough, water started flowing down in his shower. The water was cool as Jordan felt that every part of his body was like it was aflame. The heat was so great that as soon as he moved to stand under the showerhead, steam rose up almost as soon as the first drops made contact with his skin. He barely noticed though as he just let the cool water run down upon him. He then started to try and clean himself, letting the ash and soot wash away and start flowing down the drain. After a few moments of letting himself cool down he then felt a hand come and lightly touch him at his face. Jordan leaned into the soft touch before he slowly turned around to find Lydia standing behind him. She was staring serenely at him as she let her hand fall slowly, letting her thumb rub against his lips, before it fell to caress his half cleaned torso.
The two just stared at each other for a moment before they moved to lean in and close the distance between each other. As their lips came together, Lydia quickly moved to wrap her hands and he felt her soft hands grasp around the back of his neck, right as their kissing grew more heated. It was a heat that Jordan seemed to revel in as he let his hands moved to grasp her hips. Yet, as soon as he did, Lydia seemed to pull herself from him. For a moment, he felt he might've gone too far but his gaze went down to see that there were a bunch of dried leaves all around her feet. It was as if she trekked them straight from the outside. He then looked over and noticed that the fingernails on her hands were soiled and had some blood on them as if she had been digging aggressively in the dirt.
