"What?" Alba repeated as Perrie slowly turned around kicking herself on the inside for what she had just said. "Mike staged the game for us to win?" Alba asked, looking so let down Perrie wouldn't be surprised if she hit her. Actually, Perrie wanted her to - that would make her feel less bad about the situation. This conversation had caught the attention of Ruby, who had seemed to have heard everything.
"Well done!" she said, as sarcastically as she could. "You've just admitted that it was staged and now the whole team is going to hate Mike and you."
"Hang on, two seconds ago you were moaning at me for losing the game, even though it was staged!"
"Well I didn't know it was staged did I?" Ruby half-spoke half-shouted.
"OK! Let's just calm down everyone." Dillon said, putting himself between the two girls as if he thought they were suddenly going to start fighting each other. As if.
Perrie walked out of the cafe, aware that most of the people in there now hated her, and onto the pitch. Most people were leaving now anyway, and some had emerged from the clubhouse behind her as she made her way home.
She was expecting it. Ruby. Again. She heard her come up behind her. She spun around, ready to face her. "Look. I don't care if you've come to gloat that you're better than me and i'm just a spoiled rich kid who doesn't deserve anything. But take a look in the mirror because if i'm bad then you're worse." Perrie, feeling satisfied that she might have actually finally got Ruby off her back, turned to leave. Suddenly, she hands push her into the metal railing on the side of the pitch. Clutching her stomach where she fell, she stood up, the anger emerging through force as she tackled Ruby to the ground.
"Oi!" She heard Duncan yell and heard many footsteps coming there way. They were in trouble.
Dillon grabbed her arms and pulled her off the ground, whilst Elliot did the same to Ruby.
"Why did you do that?!" Dillon yelled in her ear, whilst everyone checked that Ruby was ok. They hadn't seen the first part of the fight. Only Perrie's part.
