"Finally I can hear your voices"👑
"Dion!"
"Once you promised that I would never be hurt again, but you were wrong. Both of you were wrong! And-"
Tears fell down to the floor, Dion cutting himself off with his silent sobs. For weeks he had waited to hear the voice of someone he knew, the familiar pattern of their breathing. Anything would've been enough. But he had no idea it was because of how much he was hurting.
"-I don't have a lot of time, I-I will get caught for doing this. Is Jake t-there?"
There was a short silence on the other side of the phone, before Allan finally caught out of his daze. The blonds hands were shaking but Dion could not see it, the only thing he had right now was their voices.
"Y-Yes he is... he is right here... JAKE!"
Allan called for his boyfriend, watching the brunette walk into their apartment kitchen with worried eyes. Small tears ran down Allan's cheeks, Jake sitting down next to him and staring at the unknown number on his phone screen. He didn't recognize it, but with his quick thoughts he puzzled the pieces together. Allan's tears, the small pant from the other side of the phone and his boyfriends stressed look. There could only be one person on the other side of the line."Dion? Dion are you okay!?"
Dion sighed out in relief, his quiet sounds of stress echoing through his big bedroom. The small rays of morning sunlight shining at the fancy blue and golden wallpaper as he slid down to the floor, desperately holding on to the phone in his hands. He was scared that someone would be standing outside his door, so he had to keep it down.
"Yes... I'm here but I can't talk for long. When my father finds out that I have contacted you... he won't be happy to say the least, so I want you both to listen to me."
Allan and Jake were determined to do exactly what Dion wanted them to, so they stayed quiet. Dion sighed out and gathered his thoughts, clouds covering the sun outside which made the whole mood more ominous. He clenched his fists and tried to stop the tears from falling down his face, missing the two boyfriends more than ever. He wanted nothing more than to be able to hold them close, be comforted by them and told that everything was going to be okay. But a big part of him feared that they would never be seeing each other again.
"My fathe- No... Derix has locked me in my room again without notice, so I take it that the revolution must be going better than what he had planned. He- he ripped out my tracker so you won't be able to find me, but just in case I want you to know that I'm on the third floor, in the prince quarters."
Dion caught his breath for a few moments, the air getting harder to breathe. The drug that he got yesterday was still running through his system, too much for his mind to handle. He felt weak and dizzy, extra bothered by the fact that Allan and Jake had no way of finding his exact location. If only his father hadn't found the tracker in his arm! The bruise from just a few weeks ago was still ugly and big, Dion remembering how he stitched it together himself. That was quite un-prince like, wasn't it?
There had to be a better way for them to find him than just descriptions... Dion frowned before he finally realized the obvious. His phone! There must be a tracking setting on it.
