Giyuu's POV
After losing my older sister Tsutako to a demon, I truly believed I was forlorn. Time went by without anyone until I found someone along my journey. She had long black hair that reached past her waist along with short curtain bangs. The girl was rather small and very petite, she might have not eaten for a couple of days. Her figure was wrapped in an oversized blue haori. She looked a little weak but I truly did underestimate her. She was quiet but whenever she spoke, her words were very wise. I assumed she wouldn't have wanted to run away with me but when she took my hand something sparked between us. I was sure of it. We ran despite us both dragging our oversized haori which I was later told by her that was her older brother's. It was just the two of us before we were rescued by our now sensei Sakonji Urokodaki. We became apprenticed under him and that's where we became introduced to my now deceased best friend Sabito. We all created a strong bond that was like a family and Urokodaki as our guardian. Sabito was the most talkative out of us three and I came in last because believe it or not (y/n) did talk to only us and our sensei but no one else. At least until you got to know her and learned about her whole background. I was filled with serendipity because of them and finally felt at home. When the day of the final selection arrived my gut told me something was wrong but I ignored it wanting to be strong, but that day I was the complete opposite. Weak; and now all I can do is suffer over that remorse. I lost the only two people I believed I had left, and who could understand me. But as of right now I stand here frozen as a wave of emotions and memories come back to me while another part of me seems to be awakening. A feeling I feared in remembering despite feeling happy, but as a pair of familiar widened blue eyes stare right back at me, I know for a fact that not everything was taken from me.
No one's POV
As the fellow lost friends stared back at each other, the Master cleared his throat making them bring their attention back to Oyakata-Sama as he was about to speak,"This is (y/n) (l/n) the Ice Hashira who has officially become one of you guys as well. I'm certain you will all get along just fine." Everyone bowed to greet her as she did the same but kept glancing at a certain someone.
"Am I hallucinating?" she wondered as she tried to pay attention to what was being said while struggling to breathe properly.
"You all may properly get to introduce yourselves later since as of now there is some catching up to do for our water pillar," he said as he looked back at him in assurance.
"You are all excused," he said. Everyone blinked multiple times trying to process what was happening in between them as they wanted to know what he meant but respected his wishes as they excused themselves but not without curiously glancing back at the two figures. And then it was just then and no one else as if they were the only people to exist looking at each other. All Giyuu and (y/n) could do was stay there frozen in place as their headaches began pounding much worse than before but it didn't matter. It didn't matter at all. (Y/n) then hopped off the platform of where the meeting was once held and cautiously walked over to him and stopped once she stood in front of him and there were those same ocean eyes that once stared back into hers a long time ago before disappearing from her memories. Giyuu could only stare at her cautious movement as he couldn't open his mouth, but there were the same beautiful eyes that were the beautiful shade of the clear sky above them. The eyes he missed seeing. The headaches they had could now be considered a horrible concussion but neither of them cared. While they had met a long time ago there was no way they would ever forget everything they had been through nor each other.
"Giyuu..." she whispered out with a trembling voice. Once they both concluded being the person they had been looking for they couldn't hold back anymore. (Y/n) quickly threw herself onto him hugging him with all her strength.
