Chapter 1 : It's... Him

Akali couldn't believe it. He's back.. She took her tray of food and walked to her friends for breakfast. "Good morning Akali!" Her friends greeted her. Except for Sona, she waved.

She smiled and greeted them back. "Good morning Irelia, Katarina, Sona and Ahri." Ahri stared at her as if there was something in her face.

"Akali split it out. It's obvious you're hiding something from us." Akali sat down and placed her tray down on the table. "It's nothing, Ahri."

"We're your friends right? Tell us." Katarina said as Sona agreed with a nod. The female ninja sighed in defeat. "Zed's here.."

The 3 girls eyes widen with shock. Akali told them about her past with Zed. "Him? Here?"

A bell rung. Announcements... "Greetings champions. Today there will be a new champion please take care of him." a female voice came from the speakers.

"His name is Zed."

Akali became pale as she saw a familiar face come in the room. Everyone in the room stared at the new champion. He took off his mask..

He looked at Akali and smirked. He started to walk closer to her. "We meet again.. Akali."

Shen and Kennen got out from their seats and rushed over to Akali. "Zed." Shen growled. "You're still friends with this weakling?"

Shen attempted to punch Zed but Zed switched places with his shadow and attacked Shen. The other champions looked at the fight with fear, exept for one champion, Syndra.

"He'll be my partner." Syndra smirked as she got up from her seat and left the cafeteria.

"Zed stop this at once." Akali gathered up her strength to stop the fight. Zed let Shen go and stared at Akali. He kicked Shen one last time and left the room.

"Sona!" Akali yelled for help. Sona quickly got up and got her instrument the "Etwahl" and played the Area of Preservence to heal Shen's wounds. Kennen looked at Shen with worried eyes.

"Akali. Will Shen be alright?" He asked. Akali smiled and patted his head. "He'll be fine. Sona is a expert at healing remember?"

Zed got out of the cafeteria and was greeted by a girl champion. "My name is Syndra if you're wondering."

"I don't care about your name." He walked pass her. Syndra turned around with her arms crossed infront of her chest. "Wanna work together?" Zed stopped and turned around. "Together?"

"I'm looking for a partner anyways." She said. Syndra explained to Zed about her plans and Zed agreed.

"This'll be great." Syndra said as Zed left.
