Luffy - Hello. My name is Monkey D. Luffy And I wanna be the king of the pirates. when I was inspired by the Red haired shanks to be what I wanna be today. He saved me from a sea king after I accidentally swallowed a devil fruit which made me rubber. Everyone here thinks I just have a rubber quirk but to me they're just crazy. Apperantly I have to attend a middle school before I can get into a pirate school so here I am and it's the last day. I'm so excited
Izuku - Hey I'm Izuku Midoriya and I've wanted to be a hero since I was a kid. But things didn't go my way . Apperantly there a thing called a quirk and only 80% of our population had one. The remaining percent were cast out and treated like monsters. Coincidentally I'm part of that percent with no power. I've lived for 14 years and have been bullied at school but that won't stop me. I'm gonna the symbol of piece. It's our last day of middle school and the teacher has something to say.
Teacher - I was going to pass these tests for carriers out ( Throws paper in the air) but who cares I know you all want to go to the hero course ( Students begin using their quirks) Yes yes you all have Impressive quirks

Luffy stretches both his arms far back, and then hurls them forward, striking his opponent with both instantaneously with a double open palm strike with both hands, that frequently sends the recipient(s) flying off the other direction. This is usually used as a finishing move, he often prefers to do it at point-blank range, sometimes running up to his opponent as he's charging it.
