I cuddle up to his chest before Grillby gets up to set up camp for the night. I doze of rather quickly in his arms in the sleeping bag he brought i wonder what tomorrow will bring?
Yn pov
I wake up after a nice warm sleep and yesterday slowly starts to come back to me and I can't help but blush. I get up gently from the sleep bag as not to disturb Grillby he did a lot for me yesterday . I walk up to the edge of the water fall and splash some refreshing cold water in my face. As I do I come up with an amazing idea I'll make Grillby a flower crown with the echo flowers. I can sing them a love song before plucking them so when he touches them they will repeat it again and again.
Now I just need to think of which song to use. I had the perfect one in mind .I walk around to find a nice big patch of echo flowers by the water and sit down. And I start to sing

After I finish the song I wordlessly pluck the flowers I need. And weave them into a crown for my sleeping soul mate. I continue to weave I hum the song as the flowers repeat my words .

The enchanting melody mask the sound of solid steady foot steps coming yns way . A shadow looms over her making her freeze in place she slowly stands hoping it's her treasured soul mate just trying to scare her
Yns pov
"Hun is that you?" I can barely force myself to say. Shortly after I hear a low feminine chuckle and see a bright green glow break the looming shadow "human your soul is mine !" Shouts the mysterious voice . Turning around I see a tall angry looking fish lady clutching a green spear! Then she threw it barely grazing my arm . I tighten my grip on the flower crown and take of running . As I keep running away from the land Parana!, I feel another sharp pain stab my side and feel blood running down sticking to my shirt.

As yn was running she didn't notice that her flower crown was getting covered in blood as flowers fell from it and her clothes . Leaving a errie blood trail behind her. As the fish lady is hot on her heals .
At this point yns getting light headed but keep running as she does she notices that is getting warmer as they run out of water fall into a new land scape as they pass a closed hotdog stand . As this is happening a certain flame monster wakes up alone .looks around before head to the water to check for his soul mate only to find a bloody trail leading away from a patch of
Echo flowers as he sees this fear sets in as he listens to the last thing that very patch herd "hun is that you ,... " Yns voice barley audible then the distinct voice of the royal guard captain "human your soul is mine !" At the speed of light (🕯️candle light jk just a break in the angst) he takes off in the direction of the blood hoping to make it in time to save his love.! As he dose he noticed blood stained echo flowers , as he passed them he heard her voice sing. any other time it would have made his heart soar bit it only made it sink further! pushing him to move as fast as his legs could carry him .
