The Sandberg family are a weird bunch. The patriarch, Prime Minister Oskar Sandberg, established the new Blue City in Jokkmokk, Sweden where social outcasts like them can live a normal life without scrutiny. From their reclusive way of living, alien language to fondess of exotic hydrangeas, it is no wonder outsiders are frazzled by their off-beat lifestyle. One day, twelve-year-old Jane snuck out of the mansion until she met two unlikely friends: a young musician name Markus "Oz" Carino (age 12) and a teenage daredevil name Lukas Olafsson (age 19). Together, they seek to learn about her family's unusual background and unearth some deep secrets along the way.
