Chapter 2
Abel's P.O.V
After we both went to history, break, biology, and then gym. ''Hey Abel wait up.'' I head someone yelling. I turned around to see Amnada runnin and waving her arms in the air.
I was only half way to my car, but I still stopped for Amanda to catch up. When she finally did catch up she smiled . ''Hey Abel what are you doing right are you doing later, do yu wanna hang out?'' she asked. ''Umm I have to go to work right now actually, sorry maybe some other time.'' I replied. ''Okay then. Ya some other time then. Bye Abel.'' she said walking away and waving. I walked the ret of theway to my car. I got in and drove off to work.
I pulled up to work. I worked at Cam's AutoShop from monday- thursday from 2:40 to 7:30 and sometimes 11:00 like tonight. I've known Cam since I was little and When I was older he offered me a job here and I have for 2 years now.
I walked into the autoshop and called out. ''Hey Cam.''I yelled. I heard foot steps coming from behind me. I turned around to see Cam with some other guy as well, and he looked in his early 50's. ''Abel this is Jack Reed he will be working here to work on the engines with you. That all right'?'' he asked. ''Yea sure, no probem. Welcome Jack.'' I said holdingout my hand,we shook hands ''So how good are you with cars?'' I asked as we were walking towards the cars. ''Oh i'm pretty good, I've been working on cars for almost 30 years . How about you? Yaou any good?'' he asked. ''Yea i'm good i've like cars my whole life and i've worked here for 2 years now.'' I repled. ''Yea that's good. Maybe one day you'll own your own autoshop.'' he said walking towards some that needed a engine check. 'Hmmm maybe I will own my own autoshop someday' I thought.
Right till 11:00 I worked and cleaned up. I walked to my car and drove to grandma's
I got to grandma's and walked in to see her in her night gown at the kistchen table drinking some water. ''Hi graandma, how was Autumn today? any trouble?'' I asked even though I new she say 'no dar she was angel as always.' I walked throguh her home to the kitchn and sat down next to her. ''Hi sweetheart and no Autumn wasn't any trouble she ws an angel as always.'' she said, you see. ''How about ou dear? How was work tongiht?''she asked. ''It was alright, fixed quite a few cars but still very tiring, that's all. How was your night'' I said. ''That's good to hear. Oh my igt was good played with Autumn, not too much. I put Autymn to bed at 7:30 and she has only woken up once at 9:30 and I went to bed at 10:00 and woke up an hour later.''she said. I nodded and looked at the clock it was almost 11:30. ''I should probably getting going it's late.'' I said standig up and stireaching. (I think thats how u spell it :P) ''Oka I''ll go get Autumn'' she said. I nodded again walking towards the front door.
Grandma came down with Autumn who was still asleep. I took her from grandma and said bye to her and walked out to my car got Autumn buckled in and we went home.
When we got home we went up stairs and I laid her down on my bed while I got changed. Tonight there was no yelling or hitting just peace and quite. That's because dad is on a bussiness trip for a week which I was thankful for.
