Backstory:
My name is Chelsey, and I'm eighteen years old. My best friend is Elijah, I've know him since I was 4. Elijah is nineteen. I live with my two younger sisters, Alaya and Skye, and my parents.

I woke up at 12pm to a phone call from Elijah."Hello?" I answer grubbily.
"You're still in bed?"
"Yeah", I tell him, "but I'm getting up right now."
"Well you need to get up with your lazy ass."
I tut. "Anyway, what did you want?"
"I've got a surprise for you so get dressed. I don't wanna be greeted with an ugly ass Chelsey in her PJ's still half asleep."
"Yeah yeah whatever." I hang up the phone. Still half asleep I slowly get up and get dressed and brush my teeth and hair, the usual. About 20 minutes later I hear a knock at the door. Must be Elijah I think to myself. I open up the door to see him stood there.
"You will not believe what I've got!" he exclaims.
"Yeah I'm still kinda half asleep so not to be a buzz kill but please shut the hell up" I tell him.
"Well thanks for the sunshine" he says, walking past me and up to my room. When I get there he's sat on my bed holding two tickets.
"Umm, what are those?" I ask.
"I'm gonna let you read it yourself" Elijah tells me, handing me one of the tickets. It was a ticket to a Lil Peep concert! And the best part about it, it was VIP!
"No way you got these, I thought he was sold out!" I say in disbelief.
"Well I know a guy who knows a guy who has an older brother who sells VIP concert tickets" Elijah explains.
"Thank you so much E" I tell him, jumping into his arms.
"Now now Chelsey don't start something if you can't finish it."
"No don't worry I'll finish it" I tell him pulling away and sitting next to him. "When do we get to go?"
"Next week."
So much excitement was going through me that I had to release it all. I start jumping on my bed, until Alaya shouts "Chelsey what are you doing?!" I sit down and giggle with Elijah.
"Well this has been fun but I gotta go. Parents want me to spend the day with them and my little brother. Whatever that shit means" Elijah tells me as he leaves my room. I giggle. All that I can do is hold the Lil Peep ticket on my chest and stare at the ceiling. It felt like a dream.
