"Hello dearie," greeted Rumple with a crooked grin.

Emma felt her body stiffen as she stared down Rumpelstiltskin.  Killian shifted and bared his sharp fangs at the sorcerer.  Rumple's grin fell away into a face of boredom as he took in Killian's wolf form.  The presumed alpha was about the size of a dire wolf with a coat as black as the night sky.  His eyes still shone with the impossible blue of the sea, however.  This was the only way to tell a werewolf from a real one, the eyes.  No matter what werewolves retained their human eye color after the shift.  Emma balled her hands into fist as she continued to stare down Rumple.  His gaze shifted back to her stiff form as he leaned forward on the cane.

"Emma, why don't you run on back to your son?  I'd hate to make him motherless." he spoke evenly as his mouth turned up into a chesire grin.

Killian snapped his jaws in anticipation and looked back at Emma.  She glanced at him and gave the smallest shake of her head.   He huffed and shook his great head.  Rumple raised a curious eyebrow as the wolf proceeded to lay down with an almost bored expression.  Emma leaned back against the light pole beside her and gave an almost playful smirk.

"I have nothing to worry about when it come to Henry, or Killian.  You could never bring yourself to kill them honestly."  Emma smirked as she finally made solid eye contact with Rumple.

Rumple stumbled back as he was struck by her gaze.  He felt his hands shake as her green eyes stared him down.  He inwardly cursed at himself for being so careless.  Emma stepped forward as Rumple felt his knees go weak from her gaze.

"Damn, I thought Killian was the alpha..." Rumple cursed as he fell to his knees.

Emma strode up to him and seized his chin roughly, "He is the alpha of the pack...but I am a queen."

Rumple felt his mouth go dry as her nails began to cut into his jaw.  He felt the puff of Killian's hot breath against the back of his neck.  He tried to turn his head as panic trickled into his veins.  Emma smiled darkly down at the supposedly fierce sorcerer found himself powerless.

"No Emma wait!" a heavily accented voice called out behind her.

Rumple and the others turned their gaze up the dock to where the voice had originated.  Belle was rush towards the trio tears shinning in her eyes.  Emma released Rumple and back away as the young woman collapsed into his waiting arms.  She sighed and moved to relax back against the deck railing.

"I wasn't going to kill him, Belle.  A good scare was all he needed." Emma shrugged with a smirk.

Rumple glared at Emma as Belle helped him to his feet, "It takes quite a bit to scare me."

Emma smirked as she noted his hands were still shaking, "Either way, I doubt you would want to kill off your late wife's bloodline."

"Mila's...bloodline?" Rumple replied confused.

Hook changed back and sighed, "Mila was my mother.  The man you hold hatred towards is my late father, Killian Jones.  I was named after him."

Rumple studied Killian and huffed, "Very well, for the sake of Mila and peace in this town I can let you live.  Though I still don't see why you believe so deeply that I would never use Henry as a bargaining chip."

"Like I said, you would never harm Mila's bloodline." repeated Emma.

Belle and Rumple looked between Killian and Emma as surprise slowly took over their features.  Killian sighed and extended a hand to Rumple.  Rumple eyed it warily.

"Look, what my father did...it wasn't very honorable.  My mother, Mila...she loved the freedom the sea gave her but you should know...her biggest regret was leaving your son behind.  Can we agree for the memory of my mother to  try and keep relations peaceful?"  Killian spoke solemnly.

Rumple frowned at the offered hand.  Belle not so subtly elbowed Rumple in the ribs and cleared her throat.  A light flush crept up his cheeks before he took Killian's offered hand.  Emma and Belle's faces bloomed into bright smiles.

"Now that this silly fighting has been settled, let's go home Rumple."  Belle stated before dragging Rumple down the dock and off towards their pawn shop.

From her vibrant expressions it was clear he was getting an earful from her for starting fights again.  Emma and Killian covered their mouths to suppress their laughter at the sight.  Emma sighed and looked out at the setting sun.  Killian pressed his lips to her temple and pulled her tight against his side.  Emma smiled brightly up at him.

"Killian?" she asked softly as she tucked her head beneath his chin.

"Hm?" he replied he wrapped his arms more comfortably around her.

"Killian...how would you feel about having another child?"

"Another...child?" he repeated dumbly.

Emma shifted so she could look up at him, "Yes.  Would you like that?"

Killian smiled and pressed a soft kiss to her forehead, "I'd love to have another child with you Emma."

Emma smiled brightly as she gave a light laugh, "Good."

Killian raised an eyebrow, "Oh?"

"Yes because well...I'm pregnant." Emma smiled brightly.

Killian spun Emma around and kissed her passionately as the sun slipped below the horizon erupting the sky into flame and cloud.
