The Cullen sibling had ridden 3 cars to school this period since Jasper and Dorothea were required to be alone, the whole car ride was filled with silence, it wasn't awkward since both of their minds were loaded with every possibility of their family's future.

"Bella is going to confront Edward today. Are you going to prevent him?" Jasper glanced at the girl before concentrating back on the road. "They are none harm in trying but I know it's worthless." Dorothea kept her eyes on Bella once they arrived at the school parking lot, the girl was leaning on her truck with her eyes on Edward.

Jasper had opened the door for Dorothea earning him a soft peck on his lips before wrapping their hands together. The siblings watched as Bella marches up to Edward, eyes meeting his but her look says, we have to talk. She continues directly past him, into the dark forest that borders the school.

Edward observes her walk through the trees and was about to take a step to follow her but Jasper was quick to block his way while Rose had a hold of Edward's hand. "Edward, don't go."

Dean, Emmet, and Dorothea just maintain looking at the scene not identifying what they should do, while Alice was the one who took action by gently losing the grip between Rose and Edward. "He's already there."

Edward was gone before anyone could say anything else to stop him, using his speed as an advantage over his siblings, Dorothea hugged Jasper to ease his anxieties as she pulls him inside the school. The school was not common for the Cullen, they were quiet during lunch and class, and no one spoke about anything as they stare at the empty seat their brother would be seated.

Jasper and Rose took it more critically, as they are concerned about their family's future and Bella's. Emmet and Dorothea had to do a lot of things to soothe them down, luckily the blondes were not one to launch their anger onto their loved ones.

After the day in school that felt like forever, and Bella finding out their true identities, Edward had consumed more time with the mortal than his own family, which Dorothea was starting to get annoyed with.

Even once school concluded, Edward won't be at home, out stalking Bella in her room again. To say the least, the Cullens had very fixed emotion toward Edward's action but all hoped it is just momentary.

"Your back early this time, Eddy" Dorothea spoke out but never left her eyes from her book with Jasper standing beside her outside the house, on the platform, leaning against the rail. Edward had frozen midway through entering the house, he gave the couple an uncomfortable smile and was about to commence walking again if it won't for Dorothea's words.

"You told her everything. From our weakness to our powers. You sure have a lot of assurance for the mortal," The vampires knew that their family can hear their conversation from the inside and they can just imagine Rose's furious face at what Dorothea had relieved.

"She already knows about us. There is no point in hiding it anymore." Dorothea sighed before eventually focusing on the brunette vampire, Jasper was the first to speak up. "You're inviting her to our house?" His sentence came out as a question but the tone he had told Edward that he had already known.

Everyone can apprehend Rosalie yelling inside probably being stopped by Emmet from marching out the door and hurting Edward. "Esme hasn't met her before, Carlisle never got to introduce himself properly. Bringing her home is a great time to introduce her to the whole family."

"That's charming, Eddy. But have you overlooked that you have a brother who is still new to the animal blood diet? And a sister who still drinks human blood?"

"Jasper is well-behaving around you and you solely drink human blood around the Volturi." Edward settled their conversation like that, not wanting to debate anymore as he stomps his way inside the house, to his room. Avoiding the furious Rose.

Jasper tugged Dorothea closer to him, as she resumes with her book and him, stargazing at the night skies. Both experienced the same emotion for their family but decided to keep it quiet, mentally and physically ready for the upcoming fight.

On the day of Bella's arrival, Cullen's house was so busy and noisy.

Esme had decided to try her chances and cook Bella a human meal because of this everyone had to get involved in the kitchen. Well not everyone, Alice wanted to give Bella flowers so Dean followed her to collect some wildflowers while Jasper had gone hunting first to handle his bloodlust.

Dorothea decided to stay in her room and write a letter to the Volturi about her next year's trip to visit them. "Get a whiff of that. The human is her." Dorothea had heard everyone's conversation from downstairs and indeed Bella's scent stood out the most.

Edward guides Bella into the large, bright house. Walls of glass look out on the river. Everything's open and white. Historical objects are tastefully placed throughout, and she can hear a piece of classical music from the 90s coming from another room, and Bella is enraptured. "It's so light and open."

"Thanks to tinted windows... It's the one place we never have to hide." Loud noises of clanging can be heard coming from the kitchen as Edward shakes his head in an apology. "I told them not to do this." Verdi's opera booms Bella and Edward as they enter to find the kitchen in full swing.

Carlisle, Emmett, Rosalie, and Esme prepare elaborate platters of Italian portions of pasta and lasagna. Esme rolls out a pizza dough and fans tomatoes around it in an instant. Rosalie stirs a pot, disinterested while Emmet waved at the girl with a knife in his hand.

Esme sees Bella and stops, emanating maternal warmth with her heart-shaped face and billows of hair that are reminiscent of the silent-movie era. "Bella. We're making Italian for you."

"This is Esme, my mother for all intents and purposes."

"Bon Giorno?" / "Molto bene!"

"You've given us an excuse to use the kitchen for the first time." Carlisle had started while he pauses his movement to talk with the girl and Emmet could be seen from behind stopping the Tv which shows an Italian cooking channel. "I hope you're starving."

"Oh, absolutely-" / "She already ate"
