" We love you, please be careful" my parents said before we went into the car. They hugged us, like they knew we wouldn't see each others again.
"It's just a trip mom, we will come back" Spencer said.
My parents looked at each others like they were hiding something.
" Sure, call me when you will arrive"  dad said.
"Of course" Kayla said. I just looked into their eyes. There was love, happiness but also fear. I went into the car, followed by Kayla.
End of the Flashback.

*Stop music*

I walked to Alec. We live in a nice house in Los Angeles now. It's enough quite. We live all together. He was looking out of the window.

"I have to tell you something" he said in a serious voice. He turned for face me. His feelings, there was everything, joy, anger, love, depression, and guilt. His eyes were emotionless. 

" I  remember when you cried because that jerk of Jeremy left you"

"How do you know that?"

"I spied you. When i could. I didn't know your name, or your favourite colour. But i knew your favourite song, My immortal by evanescence. I spied you until you were fifteen, then I wasn't allowed anymore" he said biting his lips. Gosh, he was so perfect.

"I don't care" I said smiling.

"There's more"

"Aro has been keeping an eye on you and your siblings"

"So?" I asked confused.

"We made a deal with your parents that at seventeen, you and your siblings would come in Volterra for your transformation."

I was confused. But I was happy because Alec was with me. I smiled and kissed him.

"Do you remember of him?"

"Him?" I asked confused having no idea of what he was talking about, then it hit me.
Flashback
*Play music again*
"I was drunk, I have no idea what happened last night Kayla!" I screamed at my sister. I remembered that I kissed a guy, he was my definition of perfection. Then it was a wall between me and my memories.
After three days I noticed that I was getting fat, but SO fat, was it possible? I looked pregnant, something was moving into me, I don't know why but my parents started to give me some juice that was crimson. I thought it was blood for a moment but realized it was impossible find blood so, so, delicious, right? I was just sixteen. Every day I drank more and more juice until, the week came to the end. I felt something breaking.
"Evelyn, remember what you told me? Push Evelyn, push!!" Kayla shouted.
The morphine was having effect so I didn't feel so much pain but that means I was having pain like a normal woman when is giving the gift of birth. But something in my body was broken. I heard crying, I saw a beautiful baby with blue sparkly eyes, red lips, and he was born with beautiful dark brown hair.
"He's so beautiful" I whispered.
"What's his name?" Spencer asked me.
"Brent" I said smiling before blanking out. Doctors said that was a miracle that I was still alive.
End of the flashback
*Stop music*
"It was you" I whispered. Alec nodded.

"It was the last time that I saw you, I thought you were dead, but then I descovered that you were alive and we could stay forever together, about our child, he's fine, Jane, Spencer, Felix, Demitri, Lyla and I, watched over him"

"I want to see him"

"Brent" Alec called.

A boy that looked like a three years old, came into the room.

"It was just a year ago, how did he grown so fast?" I asked worry.

"Because it's an halfbreed. They become adults at seven years old" Alec explained.

"Mom! I missed you so much" Brent said hugging me.

"How do you remember me?" I asked confused but happy.

"It's one of my gifts mummy" he said giggling.

I hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"I love you so much" I said to Brent, he giggled and said:

"I know, I love you too" said my son. I glared at Alec, he was smiling.
Kayla's point of view

*play music again*
"I have a boyfriend!" I yelled at Stasy, the bitch of the school.
"Oh really?"
"Yes, really, he is tall and has dirty blonde hair, his eyes are black, he's simply gorgeous"
I wasn't lying except for the boyfriend fact. I really saw that guy, he was real, I was sure about that. My ex boyfriend broke up with me, he was gone. I fell unconscious on the ground, I was in the forest, two strong arms took my body.
"What's your name?" I whispered.
"Demitri" a sensual male voice said. Then I felt asleep.

"So you were always there?" I asked looking straight into Demitri's red eyes.

"Yes" he whispered. I smiled and kissed him.

"You're my hero"

"And you're my angel"

We hugged. I got lost in his scent.

"I love you" I said smiling.

"I love you too vita mia (my life)"
