How do you do it:
Portal: You form portals by pointing at the area you would like to teleport to.
Electo-field: Electricity forms around you whenever you use any of your "off-quirks".
Glide: You glide by walking on the electromagnetic fields.
Void: You send out an electric spark.
Downsides/effects:
Portals: Can't teleport to what you can't see.
Electric field: Hurts friends. Only when using "off-quirks".
Glide: Night deficiency. Due to weaker electric fields.
Void: Prolonged exposure causes killer headache which hinders your ability to perform.
