Lin decided to visit her girlfriend at her office. On the way there, she picked up some lunch for both of them. Her olive green dress was flowing in the wind, her hair curled a bit at the ends even though it was short, it fit her perfectly. When she got to the Police Station, it was quiet except for the occasional phone calls. All the officers knew who Lin was and let her past the front desk. She knocked on the door. A husky voice called out.

"What do ya want?" Kya called from behind her desk, not even looking up from the case file she was looking at. The earth bender opened the door and held up the food.

"Lunch? I know you're hungry." Just then, the chief's stomach rumbled and Kya blushed motioning for Lin to come closer. The pale woman woman closed the door behind her and sauntered over to her girlfriend. With the flick of her wrist, the door locked and Lin smirked. The Chief leaned back in her chair and her eyes ran over the curves of the metal bender's body.

The Chief cleaned her desk then got back to work.

*Around 5:24*

The metal bender was still asleep, wrapped up in a blanket. All the paper work was done and Kya was getting ready to take sleeping beauty home. Lin was tightly wrapped up in the blanket hiding her naked body. It made it easier for Kya to take her home without having to wake her up and get her dressed. She was picked up by the water bender and they made their way back to their shared apartment.

*30 Minutes Later*

Lin was stirring out of her slumber as they made it back to the apartment. She yawned and wrapped her arms around the water bender's neck causing the blanket to fall and expose her chest. The water bender covered her back up and chuckled. "Well good morning sleeping beauty." She pecked the metal bender's forehead.

"Hi." Lin said quietly as she laid her head on the water bender's shoulder. They went inside and Kya put her girlfriend down and the blanket fell off.

"Woah woah cover up pillow princess! The door is literally still open." Kya said as she made sure to block anyone's view of her girlfriend and slammed the door shut.

"Should've closed the door before you put me down." The metal bender said as she bent over and picked up the blanket aware of the Chief's eyes on her. She yelped when Kya picked her up and took her into their room. "Kya!"

"You should know not to tease me like that." The water bender growled as she threw her girlfriend on the bed, snatching the blanket away.

*An Hour Later*

The couple was cuddling in bed. Lin was bundled up under millions of blankets while Kya was only under one. Since Kya grew up in the South Pole, she loved the cold while the metal bender hated it. "Kya?" Lin suddenly spoke up.

"What's up?"

"I love you."

Kya's eyes widened and the metal bender started panicking thinking it was too soon. "S-sorry. I didn't mean it- Well I did but-"

"Lin It's okay. I love you too."
