Chapter 2: Quirk Assessment Test

After I had gotten home my mother started asking questions like how i did and when the mail would come. I told her, "Mom, calm down, the mail will arrive at 3:24 pm tomorrow." "Now, about the job?" "Oh, well. Guess who can afford to make you a better outfit?" She said with an extreme amount of glee. "Alright, that's good to hear, anyhow, I'm tired, g'nite mah." I said while yawning. At least 9 hours had passed sense the exam. Waking up, I walked downstairs and looked around for my mom, noticed she was still asleep and decided to make breakfast. Later, she came down asking what smelled so good. I handed her an Italian styled omelet. "This looks, smells, and taste great!" She said with a mouthful of the omelets glory. "Thanks, I have to get to school, but remember that you have a job now." I spoke being a jackass. "Shut up and get to school, (N/N). Love you, bye." she said laughing. "Bye, love you." I said in response and walked to school.

Once I had gotten into the building I struggled to find the class, after an hour I finally found it. *thank god I had gotten up early.* I opened the door to find the desks set up in a 5 x 4 formation. I walked in and they looked up and as I walked to my desk. I felt them staring. Then I looked around to see who was sitting near me. I looked to the right of me and saw this extremely attractive boy with a bird head, and went to talk to him. "Hello, My name is (Y/N)(L/N), what's yours?" "I am Fumikage tokoyami, and this is dark shadow." He said pointing to a bird like shadow. "That's an awesome name, also wow, that's cool!" I said looking at Dark Shadow. *Whoa, you're hot as fuck...*  Realizing what my mind just thought I had started blushing and said, "It's nice to meet you, I am going to go get to know some other people" After that I went to talk to this pretty female behind me. "Hello, May I ask what your name is?" I asked respectfully. "I'm Momo yaoyorozu. What's your?" She spoke with a smile. "Mine's (Y/N) (L/N). I like yours, it's a nice name." I said. "Thank you! Yours is as well." she smiled again. Right then, the door opened reveling a boy with messy green hair. "Hey! I'd recognize that hair from anywhere." Round face said. During their conversation a yellow sleeping bag appeared and I walked over to it. "Hey, are you good, sir?" I spoke. "Yes, everyone go sit down and shut up. It took 8 seconds for you to stop talking that is not going to work, time is precious. Now, we're going to do a quirk assessment test, or QAT for short." he said as he unzipped the sleeping bag. Then he walked to the stadium at the front of the room. "I am Shota Aizawa, your homeroom teacher. Best you don't get on my nerves." "We have to go outside to do the QAT, don't annoy me." he spoke with a cold tone.

In the QAT, You will have to pass 8 test. Each more difficult than the last. It'll go in this order, :50 meter run:Grip Strength:Standing Long Jump:Repeated Side Steps:Ball Throw:Sit Ups:Seated Toe-Touch: and last but not least, Long Distance Run. Oh yeah and last place gets expelled." Mr. Aizawa-sensei spoke out with his barking cold toned voice. "What?!" a group of us yelled. Aizawa then said we'd do the fifty meter run first to attest our speed. First was the angry Pomeranian at 4.13 seconds I was in 2nd place with a time of 4.14 seconds. 2nd was the Grip strength and the first place went to the human octopus who's name was shoji, who measured at 543 KG. I came in 4th at 348 KG. Next was the standing long jump and due to my quirks ability I walked over the electric fields. Which caused me to come in first. 3rd: we had to do side steps which were easy. After I passed the beginning test with ease, the fifth one was the ball throw. The angry Pomeranian blasted the ball 705.7 meters. Then it was my turn, I walked over to the ball, picked it up, and yelled, "BURN!!!" While I threw the ball with my mixed quirk electric nightmare. Which is a mixture of electric-field and glide causing it to be sent 822.4 meters. A few of the students who heard my score, was in awe and confused on how I did it. Looking over the scores i saw that the green haired boy was in last place. When we walked inside, broccoli was getting packed up, ready to leave and never come back. All of a sudden, "I lied no one is getting expelled." Aizawa said. "Really?!" A pink haired girl and a boy with yellow hair yelled. "Yep, it was just a logical ruse to make sure you'd do your best!" Yaoyorozu then said, "I probably should have said something, im surprised y'all didn't realize." Aizawa continued, "Anyway, that's all for today. Don't forget to grab a syllabus on your way out. Read it over." Aizawa said. I walked over to talk to tokoyami, to see if he wanted to grab something to bite, but then I remembered I still had to study over the syllabus. I walked to the window in front of his desk and opened it. "Hello, (L/N). What are you doing?" Tokoyami asked, with an extremely puzzled look on his face. "Hey, tokoyami. I'm throwing myself out of a window." A few people looked over as I walked over to Tenya's desk and ran towards the window twist-diving into a barrel roll. "What the hell?!" the people who were still there yelled.

On my way walking up to the entrance of the building, I spotted Tokoyami who had somehow managed to make it out before I made it to the front of the building. I ran up to the bird and said hello, slightly snapping him out of a trance. "*mumbles*O-oh, Hello again, (L/N)." He said looking out of the corner of his eye. "Please, you can call me (Y/N). We're friends now after all." I said slightly embarrassed. "Okay, (Y/N)." He said, giving a slight chuckle "It's a nice after noon, don't ya think?" I said while I looked up at the sky. "Yeah, I guess it is." He responded. We continued walking for a few minutes making comments about small trivial things. Looking at my fathers watch which i kept on my wrist, I had 3 minutes til I was home. "Hey, my house is up here on the right, actual it's that White house there." I said. In response, he said "That's funny, mine is right up there, the grey one on the corner." laughing. "Alright, well, I'm home. See ya tomorrow, Tokoyami." I said walking toward my house. "Hey, if we're friends like you said, then call me Fumikage." he said looking toward his house. "Okay, Fumikage, see you tomorrow." I said with a chuckle as I turned the knob to my house. "See ya tomorrow, (Y/N)." he said walking away. Walking into my house, I tried to sneak up to my room. I walked in and threw my bag, slammed my face on the pillow and then had handcuffs put on me. My mother behind me said, "Alright time to go downstairs." "But I don't want to!!!" I fought with her about it. As we were struggling, I broke the cuffs and ran to my room. I tried to lock the door but it smashed into my face. "Tell me about today!!!" Mom shouted. I looked her dead in the eye and then threw myself into the void. I had then fallen asleep.
