The pack of wolves slept peacefully in the snow and awoken by hearing a male howl ,"the prince has been born!" All of the wolves howled as a congratulation to the king wolf. Then the queen came out and called, "His name shall be Comet!" All of the pack howled,"All hail Comet! The new born prince!" Far out a lonewolf called Shadow heard the cries of the pack."He has been born. I shall soon attack but when Comet is older to understand that I want revenge. Bah! New prince not like there was 12 already. Why another prince to kill?" Shadow muttered to himself.
2 years later
Comet ran outside with his litter when a terrifying howl rang out. King Oberon growled,"Come inside, Shadow has retured." All of the pack were running round like loads of lunatics frightened for there life's. Queen Luna urged the litter inside. Oberon watched Shadow as he headed towards him and his family. He plunged at Shadow with all his might. Just at that moment Oberon's life was taken and Luna whined knowing that the litter was in grave danger. Without the father to protect them hope was almost lost. But Luna had strength. She could try and take him on, risk her life for the litter. But what if he killed her and he killed the litter. Then the pack would be as hopeless as Luna, being ruled by Shadow...Again. So with herself decided Luna ran. Her mouth would only hold 2 cubs, the youngest. As quick as she could she explained. They understood and she grabbed Comet and Jewel.
3 years later
Comet looked out of the cave that Shadow once lived in. His diamond eyes glared at the howling distant pack crying for help, crying for the king and queen. His mother stared with him with guilt. Her deep blue eyes caught Comet young light blue twinkling diamond eyes. " it's not your fault, mother." His mothers eyes were full of sadness , but brightened up a bit as he said that. She announced, " Comet you have to leave." Comet replied,"Where will I go?" "To the human world. Pick a young girl live there until I come, Shadow will try to find you. Jewel will be close. You'll see by the eyes, no normal dog has eyes the colour lilac. I have to tell you something Comet." Comet looked at the pack not wanting to go further away from them. They needed their help but he wasn't strong enough to beat Shadow. Comet growled,"Go on what is this thing you need to tell me?" Jewel inturuted by walking other. Her glowing lilac eyes lit up the night. She had bad nightmares about the litter and asked the question every morning, "Do you think their still alive or did he just end it as soon as he looked at them?" She asked that now. Comet knew she had started trying to dream again. She had said that the nightmares would end if she found out what'd happened. He didn't think that would happen. Luna carried on,"our pack had a secret I'm telling you and Jewel that the secret is magic and thats what Shadow wants more magic and more magic means more strength I shall teleport you both to the other world. No arguing about it." She looked at Comet and he saw in her eyes there was magic. He turned into a border terrier and so did Jewel. He felt magic flow into him and knew how to work it. The same happened to Jewel. Then gold sparks popped and crackled and the spot they once stood on had no trace of them. Not even their smell.
The new world
Tracy Rya looked out of the car window. She moaned," why do we have to go to the shop again." Mrs. Rya looked back at her. "We are going to the cafe to meet my friend. She's nice you'll like her. She also has a daughter. You can play with her for a while." Tracy groaned even louder. Then the car stopped with a small thud. They got out and walked inside the cafe. Then Tracy saw a young blonde haired girl running towards them." Hiya Suzie. This is Tracy. Tracy that's Suzie. Now go and play while I talk with Alisha." Suzie looked gentle but when Tracy's mother left she had a stern look on her face, " you know.... Could you go in the shop..... And buy me a makeup box.... NOW!!" She questioned,"I don't have money to pay for it." Suzie groaned," Then steal it." Tracy was shocked, she would never steal. 1 thing stolen means lots of things stolen afterwards. Tracy stormed to her mum and asked could she have a little money. Mrs. Rya gave her £5. Then Tracy stormed out to the shop. There was nobody else out so she took the short cut down the ally's. Then a dazzling bright golden light flashed and Tracy was blinded.
The magic puppy
There sat a shaking Border Terrier." Please can you help me?" The dog whined. Tracy looked at his young blue diamond eyes. " what strange eyes you have. Do you want to live with me?" The dog yapped," Yes please! I'm Comet who and what are you?" Tracy thought she had imagined that first one but now it sounds real. She replied shakily," I'm Tracy Rya and I'm a human and what are you?" Comet looked at her scanning every part of her," Please stand back" a massive firework blew up as the puppy disappeared and a wolf appeared in his place. " Comet is that you?" His wolf voice shook the ground,"it's me. Don't be scared." She looked at him head to claws," I'm not scared. Well I'll keep it a secret that you can talk and your a wolf. I was just on my way to the shop. Ill buy you some dog food." Comets head cocked to one side, but just followed obediently.
Convincing time
When they got home Tracy made up a load of rubbish about Comet being a stray. " I had went down the ally's to be quick getting there and back. As I went into the ally I saw this little puppy shaking in a box. I went to look at him. I did not know if he was friendly or not but as I stuck my head in the box he licked me as if he was saying' can you help me.' I picked him up and went. To the shop and bought some food." Mr and Mrs. Rya were amazed at their daughters finding. Mrs. Rya replied," he's covered in snow...and it's summer. Well I suppose you want to keep him?" " yes please!"
