Lockdown!?

Night had fallen and the party that was to be held tonight for the Expo had already started, but Midoriya was running a little late for his friends meeting time. "Sorry I'm late!" He came running to only see the guys. "Huh? Wait, where's everyone else?" That was asked in confusion.
"They're not here yet. What do they think 'attending as a group' means!?" Iida seemed completely upset about missing their scheduled meeting time. However, it was only a few seconds later when the door to the tower opened up again.
"Sorry! I'm late..." And Uraraka came in dressed up in a short, light pink dress. Seeing this had Kaminari and Mineta completely excited. Then their attention turned back to door which opened up as
"I apologise, but Jiro..." Yaoyorozu, in a light green dress, and Jiro, in a dark purple and pink dress, finding behind Yaoyorozu entered.
"Oh, yes! Yes!" Kaminari and Mineta in background were shouting.
"I'm... not use to clothes like this." Jiro was all embarrassed about what she was wearing.
"The clothes make the man, right?" Kaminari seemed quite pleased,
"She looks like a female assassin..." Mineta's comment seemed a tad odd but Jiro had completely taken offence to them using
her amps to shock them like normal.
"Shut up." She removed them saying
"I complimented you."
"No you didn't."
"It's my first time wearing formal clothes. I bought this from Yaoyorozu..." Uraraka had gone up to Midoriya saying all embarrassed.
"I-Ir looks good on you. Yeah, really good." He had told her shyly.
"Oh, Deku! You don't have to flatter me...!" And it seemed that she got even more embarrassed swinging her arms all around to hide it,
"Uraraka?!" But it seemed to have caused Iida to worry. But once again, Kaminari and Mineta seemed excited upon the door to the building opening his.
"Oh, are you all still here?" Melissa had been the one to enter this time, as she was all dressed up, hair pulled back and glasses off, along with a purple white dress. "The party's starting!"
"The headliner has appeared!" Mineta shouted .
"Crap, Mineta, I can't take this anymore. What should it do?" But idiots were in tears as they were pretty much in their own little world. However, the elevator doors behind them had opened
"Looks like everyone's here." And everyone had turned at the sound of Rose's voice and had themselves blushing as the saw her

all dressed up. "Ist etwas falsch?" Rose's head tilted to the side. "Is something wrong?" Because she couldn't understand why they were acting the way they were. Although, she was confused to why he placed it on her in the first place. "Anyway, the party has start—" Out of nowhere, an alarm had gone off.
"This is an announcement by the I-Island security system. We have received a report from the security system that an explosive device was planted in the I-Expo area. I-Island will now be in high alert mode. Residents and tourists should return to their homes or lodgings. Those that have come along way should go and wait at the nearby evacuation centre. Anyone still outside 10 minutes from now may be arrested without warning. Please refrain from going outdoors. In addition, most of the main buildings will be sealed off by the security system." A robotic woman's voice was saying while the entrance and windows to the building that Rose and the others were in had began to seal with shutters. "I repeat— This is an announcement by the I-Island security system. We have received a report from the security system that an explosive device was planted in the I-Expo area. They had become trapped in the entry way, which had been when they tried to find a way to get leave.
"My phone has no signal." Pulling out their cell phones only to find no bars.
"It looks like all reports are being blocked." Todoroki stated looking down at his phone.
"Seriously?" Mineta seemed frightened.
"The elevator isn't responding either." Jiro had been pushing at the button to see if it worked.
"Seriously?!" Which had the short young man freak out even more.
"I don't believe the security system would switch to high alert mode just because they found something explosive." Melissa had been the one to say that.
"Ja, not to mention if there was an explosive wouldn't we be evacuated?" Rose had said that, since that made the more sense. There was clearly something wrong.
"Iida, let's go to where the party is being held." Midoriya had suggested to the class rep, since they might find.
"Why?" He didn't seem to understand the reason behind it.
"Because All Might is at the party." That had been explained
"All Might is?" Which had come as a surprise to the others.
"Oh, then we have nothing to worry about." Mineta seemed completely relax now.
"Melissa, can you get us to the party somehow?" This was being asked by Midoriya, as everyone was looking to the young woman.
"If we use the emergency stairs, I think we can get close to the party." She had informed them while directing their attention to behind them, where a door was located.
"Please lead the way!" And with that, Melissa had taken the lead as they headed up. They had gone to the floor just above where the party had been located. "Moriyama and I will go in." Midoriya had stated since Rose's Quirk was good a spying just in case. The thing the two of found was beyond shocking and that had been all of the Pro Heroes including All Might were restrained by powerful bond with a group of armed villains below them as there was an open skyline above.
"Deku, what is this?" Rose could only ask as she also spotted Yumiko, Sara, Yuki, Hatori, and Shin on the ground being held hostage with the other non-pros.
"I'll get All Might's attention. Do you think you can use your Quirk so we can hear him?" He was asking her, since he didn't know if Rose was able to.
"Without being caught? Please, ask me to do something that requires me to sweat." In other words she could. Which had been why the young man began flashing his phone light at All Migth from the third floor.
"All Might'a noticed us." Midoriya had informed Rose, which had her arms crossed over her chest.
"Ohr Blume." She had sprouted an ear beside All Might's mouth, to have then brought her hand to the real ear waiting to listen. "I'm ready." All Might seemed to have noticed Rose's ear.
"Please talk. We're listening!" Midoriya was whispering while signalling down to their teacher.
"Can you hear me?" All Might's voice had spoken into her ear. "The villains have taken over the timer. They took control of the security system, and everyone on this island is a hostage. All heroes heroes have been taken, as well. It's dangerous. Get away from here as soon as possible." Having hear it all, Rose had deactivated her Quirk.
"Sehr schlecht. This is very bad, Deku." She was saying looking over to the young man panicked and then they had regrouped with the others explaining what was happening and All Might's message.
"We have received All Might's message. I suggest that we follow the directions of U.A. teacher All Might and escape from this place." Iida had stated the obvious cause of action.
"I agree with Iida's opinion." Yaoyorozu was all in agreement with him. "We are still students. We cannot fight against feelings without a hero licenses." Which she had been right about that.
"Then what if we escape and tell heroes outside—" Kaminari had began saying
.I think it'll be hard to escape." But Melissa had interrupted him. "This place is built with the same level of security as Tartarus, we are criminal villains are kept." Which was the most secured place in the world.
"Then, all we can do is wait until help comes..." The young man saying as that seemed to be the only thing.
"Kaminari, are you okay with that?" But it didn't sit well with Jiro which had everyone looking to her.
"What do you mean?" He didn't quite get what she was on about.
"You don't feel like you should go help?" Which had been it.
"Hey, hey, the villains even caught All Might!" Mineta had gone blue at the thought of her suggestion. "There's nowhere way we can go save them ourselves!"
"We are trying to become heroes." Todoroki had lifted up his left arm, which had been free
"Yes, but we are still not allowed to work as heroes—" Yaoyorozu had turned to him in shock.
"Ja, but it wouldn't be right for us to leave." Rose said as her arms wrapped around Todoroki's right arm looking to the vice-rep.
"Th-That's..." Who couldn't deny what she had said. The group had fallen silent as they were split in what to do.
"I want to save them." Midoriya had suddenly spoken, breaking the silence.
"Deku?" Everyone was looking to him, as he looked down at the ground frustrated.
"I want to go save them." But he had lifted up his face repeating himself.
"You're planning on fighting the villains!? Didn't you learn anything from the USJ, Midoriya!?" Mineta had lost it at him asking.
"It's not like that, Mineta." But it seemed that the green hair young man had something else in mind. "I've thought about it. We need a way we can save All Might and the others without fighting the villains."
"I understand how you feel, but is there anything that convenient...?" Kaminari was asking him
"Even if it's hard, I still want to try!" But Midoriya had cut him off shouting. "I want to look for the best way possible and then go save everyone!"
"Deku."
"I-Island's security system is on the top floor of this tower." Melissa had spoken up, walking to the centre of the group, with all eyes on her. "If the villains have taken control of the system, then the authentication locks and password should have been disabled. We should be able to reset the system. We just need to get away from the eyes of the villains and get to the top floor... then, maybe we can save everyone." She explained all this to them.
"Melissa..." and Midoriya was a little surprised by her actions.
"What is that me do you mean when you telling us to 'get away from the eyes of a villains'?" Rose had asked her, not quite sure what she meant.
"Currently, none of us have actually been harm. I think a villains aren't used to working with the security system." She had explained it to them.
"Avoid fighting and get the security back to normal, huh?" That had pretty much been the gist of things.
"We could do it, don't you think?" Kaminari seemed to have gotten onboard.
"Yeah!"
"But the villains are waiting on the top floor..." Yaoyorozu had brought this up.
"There's no need to fight!" But Midoriya had spoken, having everyone back on him. "If we get the system back to normal, then All Might and the hostages will be released. When that happens, the tables will be turned in an instant!"
"Deku, let's do it!" Uraraka had gotten up shouting.
"Uraraka!"
"I don't want to sit around doing nothing if there's something we can do." She was telling him all ready to go. "I think that's something that's more important than whether we're heroes or not."
"Yeah, let's help the people who need help!" He had stood up completely agreeing with her. "Let's do what our natural instincts are telling us to do."
"Yeah!
"Midoriya." Todoroki had spoken as he and Rose had taken a step forwards. "We'll go, too."
"Ja."
"Me, too." Jiro also took a step forwards.
"Todoroki!" Midoriya seemed pleased
"Rose! Kyoka!" Just as Uraraka did.
"I'll turn us back if I decide we cannot do any more." Iida had been quiet till now but stepped forwards. "If you're okay with that, then I'll go, too!"
"Iida!"
If that's the case, then I'll go, too!" Yaoyorozu seemed to have agreed to this as well.
"All right, me too!" Kaminari stood out shouting all determent.
"Yaoyorozu!"
"Kaminari!" That only left one more person that seemed to be sweating a lot under the pressure of everyone agreeing but him.
"Oh, all right, I get it! I just have to go, right?" Mineta had completely snapped crying.
"Thanks, Mineta!"
"Let's take this one, Mineta!" Kaminari was shouting to him.
"Let's do our best, Mineta!" Uraraka was cheering for him.
"You can do it, Mineta!" While Rose was encouraging him.
"Melissa, please wait here." Midoriya walked over to the blonde hair girl telling her, since it would be dangerous.
"I'll go, too." But she had different feelings about that.
"But you don't have a Quirk..."
"Do you have anyone who can change the settings of the security system?" That had been asked, which it was clear no one here knew. "I'm a student at the Academy. I think I can be useful."
"But..." Midoriya still seemed hesitant about it all.
"I might just get in the way until we get to the top floor... But let me help protect everyone, too. Please!" However, Melissa wanted to help.
"All right. Let's go and save everyone!" Everyone was standing behind Midoriya in agreement.
"Right!"
