Let's All Judge Odysseus

So this is a bit of a run off, but one of my fans wanted to know about my encounter with Odysseus. Anything for fans, right?

So part of my reward for helping the gods win the war against Gaea was that Hades offered me a spot on the original three half-Zeus demigod council. Personally, I don't want to be stuck in the Underworld but I can't afford to offend anyone.

Especially my uncle, the god of death.

So I compromised.

Annabeth (my girlfriend) says that it was her brilliant idea.

So I said that I wasn't the most qualified but I would give it a try. For a day.

Here is my day as a mortal judge. To be honest, it was really tiring.

I had three cases to take care of and Annabeth says that I should have gotten my lawyer to formalize stuff but who cares?

My first case was Odysseeus, the cunning winner of the Trojan War and the main character in their really cool movie with a bunch of fighting- the Odyssey.

I think Hades was trying to set me up but whatever.

Odyssey bowed, then winked at me.

"Umm. Good day, Mr. Odysseus. Son of Laertes?"

"Yes. "

"So, tell me about your life. "
"I was a warrior, and King of Ithaca. I was married to my wonderful wife, Queen Penelope and we had a son- Telemakhos. Brilliant kid. He will do so well. Anyways, in the Trojan War, it was I who came up with the idea of the horse. Yes, child, you are looking at the mastermind, Odysseus!"

I half expected a Disney theme song to play.

"Go on. "
"On my way back, I stabbed a cyclops in the eye to save my men, passed though the island of Calypso and Circe and did a bunch of heroic deeds, and so on. I returned home with the help of Athena and killed the suitors and died an old man. So, what's my judgment?"

I took a look at his file. Pretty accurate.

Wait. Stabbed cyclops in the eye?

"What about your son Latinus?"

"Who?"
"Your son, Latinus, with Calypso. "
"I didn't have any children other than Telemakhos. "
"Well, it says here that you have a son with Calypso. You are currently facing charges of maiming a cyclops, cheating on your wife and the death of multiple people. "
"What? You can't do this. It was in self-defense! Athena curses you!"
