A ragged gasp filled the air as I woke. The smell of wet dirt and decayed nature wafted around me. I frantically looked around attempting to grasp my location. I was all alone in the middle of nowhere. No roads, buildings, or any sign of life could be seen. My eyes darted urgently taking in my surroundings.

I scanned the damp terrain around me until my eyes rested upon a small figure off in the distance. It was hazy, but not completely unclear to my vision.

Hoping it was some landmark that would help me figure out my location, I quickly rushed over. As I approached closer to it, an unexplainable feeling washed over me.

The sickly metallic smell of blood danced through the air around me. Chills traveled from my head to my toes as my feet stopped merely inches away from the unknown thing.

The thing on the ground wasn't a landmark of any kind. It was a body.

I beat off my gag reflexes as I thought of what to do. Help. I need help.

I called out again and again to no avail.

My phone! I felt stupid for not realizing this earlier. I reached into my back pocket expecting to feel the familiar touch of my iPhone. Instead I was met with empty denim.

I searched all of my pockets confused. It just has to be here.

I stopped, suddenly realizing something. The body had on the same pair of jeans as me. Oddly enough, it also had on the same shirt as me.

It was turned on it's side and it, from what I could see, was a female. I reached down hesitantly to see who it was.

The body slowly rolled upwards to face me.

I let out a bloodcurdling screech.
