"There you are (your name)!" Izuku said, quickly rushing up to the small girl who was sitting on the steps of their school.
"I've been waiting for you!" The girl sitting in front of him said.
"It's the last day of school Izuku. The least you could do was show up on time." (Your name) said with a sigh.
"I'm sorry! But there were these really cool heroes out in the streets fighting off a villain and it looked really cool and I really wanted to get some notes because, why not, and so then I got distracted and then this guy started talking to me.." the boy started rambling on, fiddling with the straps of his yellow backpack.
(Your name) got up and dusted her skirt off before looking up at the boy in front of her. She lightly chuckled and sent him a small smile.
"It's fine- I was just messing with you. Relax a little, it's our last year at this dump before we go off to U.A. Cheer up some!" She said, playfully punching him in the shoulder. The (hair color) haired girl started walking into the school. Her cheery red backpack bounced up and down with each step she took.
Izuku quickly followed, speeding up a little in an attempt to catch up to her.
"How do you know we're getting into U.A? We haven't took the exam to see if we're even capable of getting in." The boy said, his anxiety and worries slowly catching up to him.
The two students started walking up the stair case of their school.
"Don't worry Izuku. We got this. Being a hero isn't about how strong or capable you are. It's about saving people's lives anyway you can. It's about having the right heart- about being beautiful in the inside and outside." She said as they reached the top of the stairs.
"And lucky for us- we're downright gorgeous in both categories." She continued on, earning a laugh from the nervous boy.
Soon enough the two were in front of the door to their classroom.
(Your name) looked to the left at Izuku, him looking back at her. A smile was sent both ways.
"Don't let Bakugou get to you, alright? Let's make the best of today." She said, trying to reassure the boy that there was nothing to worry about.
