Lost in a Hallucination

As Odette slowly opened her eyes, she was greeted by a big, round nose sniffing her face, she immediately scrambled to her feet and saw an unusual animal in front of her; it looked like a mixture of a deer and a fox, a deer fox. The ginger-haired girl looked around and realised she didn't know where she was; it appeared she was standing in a forest with tall colourful trees and weird-looking flowers 'where's my bed!?' she asked no one in particular.

All of a sudden the same deer fox that sniffed her face immediately started tugging forcefully onto her white dress like it wanted to take her somewhere, 'hey, stop that!' shouted Odette but the deer just grunted and dragged her out of the forest to a place that looked like a city floating in the air; 'I think I'm dreaming' she muttered 'no, you're just hallucinating' said a voice, Odette turned to the owner of the voice and lo and behold stood a muscular looking Boots the Monkey 'hello Odette' Said the monkey 'you may know me as Boots from Dora the Explorer but just a bit older and muscular,' the ginger-haired girl just stared at the ape before running a hand through her hair and sighing ' soo this is what I get for reading weird Wattpad stories' 'humans like you nowadays are sad, poor creatures with no life' Boots said ' well you're not wrong, I have no life or friends or a family that cares about me' she sighed 'um child, please spare me the details of your dry, crusty, dusty depression-filled life because i don't really care.' 

As Boots said that a stairway of light appeared that led up to the floating city, the monkey looked at the stairway then back at Odette and the deer fox 'nobody has time for that' he hissed he then carried the girl and weird-looking animal with his monkey strength given to him by God and flew to the floating city. At this point, Odette wasn't even surprised by anything she saw now. When they reached the city all Odette saw were animals walking like humans and a lot of monkeys 'why have you taken me to a Furry-infested place' she asked 'we're not Furry's bitch!,' 'we're hybrids,' Boots explained Odette nodded slowly 'sureee.' They continued to walk through the city.

The three of them reached a somewhat city square then all of a sudden the ground started to shake and a colourful mist surrounded the place, 'what's going on?' Odette shouted 'it appears your hallucination is coming to an end' Boots shouted, his voice becoming faint 'What!' she shouted, her voice becoming faint too. Odette woke up with a jolt in a pool of sweat, she looked around and realised she was in her room, she then saw a bunch of capsules on her mini-table then she remembered taking LSD then passing out 'shit' she croaks, she looks at her alarm clock, it reads 3:15 am she groans and crawls out of her bed, a wave of nausea hit her the moment she stood up, she ran to her bathroom and threw up into her toilet, hot chunks of whatever she ate last night went into the toilet. Odette cleaned herself up, drank some water then slumped onto her bed and fell asleep.
