What is the Meronvingian school?

Meronvingian school is not a normal school if you think it as a human being, in fact humans can't see the school. Originally the school was made for those with magical abilities because they didn't have a school to go to like other species. To keep things simple Elisia Rännäli, an ordinary witch from a witch family in France ran away or moved into a middle of nowhere that humans wouldn't see her. She built a school with her powers and after that she looked for witches and wizards for students and teachers. Of course she was the principal in the school and because she was maybe a little selfish, she made a rule. The next principal of the school will be the first daughter of the last principal. That way the school will always be in the lead of Rännäli's family.
Later her daughter Minna Rännäli became the principal and made changes. She wanted that everyone is able to have a place to study near their home so she allows anyone to come study there, well except for humans unless there's a really good reason for it. She also made the school safe, that means no dragon games, no fighting with magic. There was a place to practice those but she turned it to a gym like human schools has. The school is also big, there is primary school, middle school
So now you know the story of how was the school was created and the most important rule of it, let me give a tour of the school fastly.
Welcome to the Meronvingian school *opens the doors* woah...the doors are big and heavy *walks inside* here is the hallway a shape of a circle. Downstairs we have arts, musics, PE, home economics and crafts classes. Also the cafeteria is downstairs, musics class and the gym are next to eachother that moving the instruments is easier when we have something in the gym like dances or graduations. We have an elevator and stairs of 500 stairs. *Teleports upstairs* here at upstairs we have languages, maths, natural science, computer science and health education classes. Also all the staff's offices are on this floor, dorms are in other building but we won't go there.
