"You wanna know the problem I got with you bitches?" The crowd sits in amazement. Donald starts to reflect on the dismissal of his students, and a particular parent who came to pick her child up. "You don't know men, and if you don't understand men how can you respect them?" While Donald is waiting with a boy to make sure someone picks him up, he notices that the boy always seems to be the last one picked up. The boy is black and poorly kept, but he has some of the highest grades in his class. His classmates always pick on him because of the extreme difference between his attire and his mom's attire. "We've been misconstrued about the black woman being the so-called "backbone of the family". Ladies and gentlemen, the statistics show the truth
". Donald continues to speak as he turns on the projector. "In the 1970s Black women were married more than white women, then went into a drastic decline from then on. "Black children are 46 percent more likely to be in a single mother household, 31 percent of which have never been married". "15 percent of black men have their high school diploma or less in this country". "Black women hold 27.6 percent of the abortions in America which is 14.9 percent of all women in America". "34 percent of black men are accounted for in the total male prison population, and all of this is the result of the "backbone of the family". As the crowd is in complete shock, Donald starts to reflect on the dismissal as he waits with the student. He see this loud mouthed beautifully dressed woman and she says. "Bring your ass on boy you making me late for my nail appointment, damn". Donald continues to say, "Ladies this needs to change, this shouldn't be happening at all!"
As Donald watches the child leave, he feels an intense sense of disdain. The lack of accountability this parent displayed made his blood boil. "ladies, when will this stop? I didn't even get started with the gentlemen yet". He gives an assertive but gravely serious look to the men in the crowd.
