So i found out that Dad has been in the hospital for a few months and I saw mom packing up his stuff and I asked " What are you doing with Dad's stuff Mom?" She looked at me in tears and said " your Dad is..." I started to tear up and said " He can't be...." Katie came up behind me and said " Hey Lex everything is going to be okay I promise..." I looked at her in tears and said " (quivers) He is dying Katie he is not going to be okay." Katie looked at me and said " (Quivers) I am here for you whatever you need." I looked at her and said " Thanks Katie..." Then I felt it..a panic attack coming on Katie looked at me and said " Alexa breathe please..." I looked at her and said " I-I can't." I sat down slowly and sat my head on Katie's shoulder still gasping for breath and 10 minutes later I was fine. Katie rubbed my back and asked " Are you okay?" I looked at her and said" N-no I am not." It was really weird to cry in front of Katie like that but i could not help it.
