Harry Styles

"And she just.. sped off," I looked over to Liam who was sprawled out over the floor of my bedroom, throwing a tennis ball against the wall and catching it again, the repeated banging against the wall really beginning to do my head in. With each bounce against the wall, my jaw clenched as I got more irritated.

I sighed and ran my hand through my hair, my fingers brushing the curls that I tried to straighten back away from my face but they seemed to always just persist from the heat of the straighteners. "There was definitely something off with her though, she said she was alright but she clearly fucking wasn't, and as soon as I tried to he- uh, ask what was going on with her and why she was being such a whiny little bitch about it, she just sped off." I threw my hands up and then crossed them over my chest in a huff and slumped back into my chair that sat with my desk in the far left corner of my room.

Liam stopped hitting the ball against the wall and turned to look at me with a confused look on his face as he held on to the ball with his right hand. "Why the fuck do you care?" he shook his head and looked at me, his previous confused expression morphing into an almost a disgusted look. Liam rolled the ball around between his hands and raised his eyebrows in anticipation of an answer.

In response, I shot up from my seat and paced around the room, "I fucking don't Liam!" I threw my hands up and paced round the room quicker and sighed, running my hand through my hair and spinning around the ring on my index finger. Liam's gaze zoned into my hands playing with my ring and I instantly pulled my hands apart and crossed them over my chest. "I'm just saying she's fucking weird." I turned away from him and stared out the window, just wanting to drop the matter at this point i've had enough of hearing about her, I'm not letting her live rent free in my head. No fucking way.

"Because," the incessant bouncing against the wall and the floor began to echo throughout my room again, as I slammed my eyes shut and sighed at the fact he decided that opening his mouth and starting to talk again was a wise idea. He really can't keep his fucking mouth shut. "It really sounds like you do care. Maybe you do have a-"

"Shut the fuck up, Liam! I've said I don't so I fucking don't! Can you just drop this shit please I've had enough!" I snapped, whipping my head back round to him and staring him dead in the eyes and pointing my finger at him, letting him know I'm serious this time, and not to suck my own dick but he can be pretty scared of me when I get mad so I call that a win for me.

He rolled his eyes at me and shook his head in a mocking tone, also mimicking my voice like the fucking child he is, "Okay, whatever. Jesus fucking Christ," he sighed and began bouncing the ball against the wall again.

Right, I've had enough.

I stormed over to him and snatched the ball from his hand, and walked over to my window and threw it, it landing right in the middle of the road outside my house. Liam walked over to the window and looked out at the yellow ball sat in the middle of the road and he sighed, throwing his head back and shutting his eyes. "Fuck sake."

"Oops, incoming."

A truck raced round the corner, right in line with Liam's ball. His eyes snapped open just to watch the ball be ran over by the wheels of the truck. I quickly burst out a sharp laugh, just not being able to contain myself at this point, even though I obviously didn't plan for a truck to run over his stupid ball and flatten it, it seemed to work perfectly and it was just too good. Things I do to Liam always seem to work out in the funniest way for me and never good for him which honestly just made everything ten times funnier to me.

 Bounce it now, dickhead.

"By the way, good for you having a crush on Sophia, nice to know you actually have feelings, bro." Liam slapped my arm and walked back over to my bed, that his backpack was sat on. Okay, he's finally leaving. I sighed sharply and leaned my head back, shut my eyes.

I don't have a crush on her. like I said, I don't do crushes. Or feelings. I do not care about Sophia and I never wi-

The bouncing echoed throughout my room again, making me snap my eyes open and swivel my body round to see Liam sat in the exact same spot as before, with another ball in his hand. Really? How many tennis balls does this kid own? And why does he carry them round with him? surely that's not fucking normal.

Liam turned his head round to look at me and smirked, holding the ball again in his right hand as he said with a stern but also teasing voice, him clearly trying to wind me up, which was working very well for him at this point.

"By the way, you clearly do."
