Chapter 1

All the human being in this world should be loved and protected but however in this case Annabeth is really unlucky. She was staying with a father who always busy at work and doesn't have time for her and an abusive stepmother. Each day Annabeth was reminded that she's worthless.

At school, Annabeth stays alone at the back of the class and she's the favorite person for the school bully. There isn't a day completed without Annabeth getting bullied. During lunch period, she sits alone either on the hidden table near to dustbin or she'll be in library. All the happens until the new kid join the school.

As the morning rolls in, Percy gets ready to school and followed Paul. At school, Percy went to office to get his schedule together with the locker combination. There he met Mrs.Aether in the offixe and he was been given with the required details.

Percy's 1st class was greek lesson and he went to class. Mr.Victor was taking the lesson and Percy join the class. He introduces himself and Mr.
Victor seated him next to Annabeth. Once he sit at his place he smile and Annabeth which she didn't acknowledge. After the class, Annabeth went to put her things inside a locker to get books for her next class and she realizes Percy's locker was next to her. He tried to start conversation but she ignored him

Percy however manage to get new friends and he's been the topic for all girls in Goode. The raven colored hair, seagreen eyes guy became the new hearthrob for Goode girls snd new enemy for the guys. But however Annabeth being herself continue to ignore him and she confirms that another one more bully added in the list.

As usual once home Annabeth ignores her stepmother harsh words and lock herself in bedroom. She continues to do her homework as Helen enter's the room and started to scold Annabeth for not cleaning the house and clearing the laundry. Basically Annabeth is a maid in her own house and when Annabeth stood up her, she will abuse Annabeth. The same happens today, after Helen completed beating Annabeth she left Annabeth collapse in her bedroom. The next morning, Annabeth covers her bruises on the face with make up and covered her body in a large hoodie.

At school, during the maths period they were divided into partners where Annabeth and Percy are partners. Percy suggested to meet up after school.

Percy waited for Annabeth in parking and brought her back to home. Sally welcomes them and Percy introduce Annabeth to his mum. While they were doing their projects, Sally brought in blue cookies for them which Percy takes some time to explain why is it blue in color. With the explanation, Annabeth came with the name seaweed brain for him and he calls her Wisegirl. Annabeth look at her watch and it was 7pm and she realized that she was late. She quickly leave the house wnd the day's beating was waiting for her at home. The next morning, as usual Percy went to school and he started his day as usual.

Day by day, both Percy and Annabeth became closer but she didn't shares to him anything about her house. One day he proposed her and Annabeth happily accept it. Meanwhile the school bully Tina gets envy on Annabeth and warns her but however there is no changes in their relationship. As usual their days goes on and at one specific day, Percy was absent to school and Annabeth gets cornered by Tina and her friends. She attacked Annabeth and left her alone in the hallway. Annabeth cleans up herself and continue her day and her another beating was waiting for her at home and she received it after she went back home.

The next day Percy was back to school and he saw Annabeth was limping and when he confronts her, she inform him that she fell from stairs at home and when no one see her she kept holding her stomach. Percy saw this and he realised something was wrong but he didn't ask her anything just in fear she might feel being intergorate.

Days passing by where Annabeth being bullied at school and Helen abused her at home but however she didn't fail to keep a smile on her face and always cheer Percy. One day Tina attacked Annabeth severely in the washroom which causes her to faint. Some students saw her fainted with bloodied up informs the teacher and she was brought along to nurses room. The nurse inform that Annabeth should be brought to hospital immediately and Percy follows her. Her parents were informed about this and request them to come over to hospital meanwhile Tina was expelled from school.

Frederick reach the hospital and saw Percy with one of Annabeth's teacher. He was informed about everything happens to Annabeth in school and he tears up. The doctor approached them and informed them that they found alot of injuries on Annabeth's body which doesn't seems like she gotten in a few days. He ask to confirms whether Annabeth is being abused by anyone. After a few hours, Annabeth opens her eyes and the nurses called them to visit her. Percy is the 1st one who rush inside the room and he wraps his arms tightly around Annabeth and kiss her forehead. He let her go and her father hugs her.

Both her father and Percy urged her to provide explanation on all the bruises on her body and Annabeth opens up everything about Helen to them. Frederick realized him mistake and apologises to Annabeth for being so ignorant and left her to face everything alone. Frederick left the room to contact police to lodge a complaints and Percy hugs her again. He promised not to leave her anytime and will protect her until his last breath. Helen was arrested for child abusing and Frederick cares more for Annabeth. Whenever Frederick is not around, Annabeth will end up in Percy house. Atlast Annabeth gets her happy life too.
