Everything is different now

Sure let's be friends - Chapter 2

As I walked into the classroom the teacher immediately stopped her lesson and greeted me, "Hello, Mr. Azaki. Welcome to my class, everyone say hello to Karune!" She shouted. "Hello Karune.." their voices all in sync. "As for you Alister you aren't late so congratulations." She flashed him a proud look. "Hey would you maybe wanna sit next to me Mr. Azaki?" He teased.

"Sure why not" I laughed. See this isn't so bad now is It I thought to myself until a girl stuck out her leg and tripped me. "Hey what the hell was that for?" I said a little irritated, "Stay away from my boyfriend you damn leech!" She snarled at me. "What the hell do you mean we just met?!" I snapped back at her. He quickly jumped in to say something "Really Elise?! We just met and I ask him to sit with me 'cause he's new and you do this- we aren't even dating anymore you damn cheater!" He sounded hurt. "Ugh baby don't be like that we can fix it.~" She said with a small smirk. "Elise, dating or not keep your drama out of this class or else I will deal with you personally!" The teacher didn't really sound too fond of her either but can you blame anyone, maybe people like her are the reason we have this class I would've thrown her across the class with a simple telekenetic push if we weren't in class..

When me and Alister got to our seats he quickly apologized and I brushed it off saying it wasn't his fault she was so.. pety. During class she kept whispering about me and it kind of really made me want to set her on fire but I could't really do that, so instead I just conjured a spider onto her arm it really freaked her out! After class Alister found out we had the same schedules which was a lot easier on my part! "So where is math?" I asked. "Ugh sometimes I wonder why we still have math in a magical academy... but It's the second class to the right upstairs.

" He said reluctantly. "Not very fond of math, huh?" I asked. "No! Who Is fond of math?!" He responded with a funny displeased look. "Well I guess some people might be?" I said laughing. "They must be crazy don't ya think?!" He replied laughing with me. "Hey love birds!" I recognized that annoying damn voice from anywhere.. Elise. "Hey-" I cut of Alister and did exactly what I wanted to in class "Zey." I chanted before watching her nearly get pushed into the fireplace in the lounging area. "You damn psycho I could've gotten burned!" she hissed at me with a ruthless look in her eye. "Zente!" I actually was surprised she would know a spell like that. She lifted me into the air and held me against the wall with her magic choking me slightly.

"Huh, I thought you would be way weaker then this Elise!" I taunted her, before she started choking me harder. (Authors note: Spells that start with Z are all Telekenetic unless used in a different kind of magic such as a ritual or conjuration, and you kind of get the idea, the kind of magic they are currently using is called hand magic which is magic from one individual personally! I will give you one of these each time a new kind of magic is used sorry if they get boring but it's needed knowledge!) "I can choke you a lot harder, Karune.." She glared at me tightening her grip. "That's enough, Kenatos." I fall to the ground landing on my feet and dusting off my uniform. "H-how did you-" I cut her off before she could speak, "It's a spell to disable other peoples spells, you should know that."

(Spells that start with K are what I nicknamed a dispelling spell rooted from the word dispel which means like to stop something.) "I'm sorry for that Alister but we need to hurry before we're late!" I signaled him to hurry up and he just nodded before following. During math class he was a total wreck so I helped him out a little and after class he thanked me."So when is lunch, having math almost first thing in the morning is hard on a boy.." I complained. "Oh calm down it's after our next class but we can go buy something from the snack dealers!" He smiled before pointing down a hall. "Huh what are the snack dealers?" I ask curiously. "Just people who usually work in the mess hall except they sell snacks to students who get hungry in between class!" He explained with a big smile before getting quiet and looking down.

I quickly caught on "Hey what's the matter?-" I asked him kind of confused. "Would you like to be friends?" He asked quietly. It felt like my eyes lit up and I quickly responded "Of course, I actually was gonna ask you that." I laugh nervously. "Oh, well I'm kind of glad I asked first then!" his face lit up with his usual smile again. "Really why?" I asked while we continued walking. "It just feels better asking first, I'm biassed with that I guess." He said letting out a sigh. "Well we're here so let's get those snacks shall we?" I looked over before opening the door and walking in and being totally shocked...
