Hey! It's the author here, I just wanna say that this is actually is based on a real story, well technically, we had a tidbit of a "war", penguin side vs cat side. Anyways, if you wanna follow the real Penguin Queen, her wattpad name is Happy_Percabeth_Star, and if you wanna follow the real Cat Emperor, I am the real Cat Emperor.
"Oh hey Penguin Queen, thanks for stopping b-" One of the guards covered Cat Emperor's mouth. "Shut up." Both the guards and Penguin Queen said. Cat Emperor looked guilty, and then Penguin Queen said, "Let him go and run away or I will freeze all of the guard's heads and make a intense session of brain freeze for 20 seconds." The guards immediately let go of Cat Emperor and ran away into the outside world.
"Hello, Cat Emperor." Penguin Queen said. "Huh, royal guards aren't supposed to be scared of brain freeze." Cat Emperor said, questioningly.(is that a word?) "Well actually it's not brain freeze, if you freeze the person's head, all the veins and blood in the head will all freeze, which means that everything that makes you control your own body freezes, therefore you will not move a single step again and fall like a toppled down ice sculpture." Penguin Queen spoke, rolling her eyes. (SHES GOT THE BRAIIIIIINNNNNSSSS.) "Oh, ummm, I'm Daniel." Cat Emperor spoke, obviously discombobulated.
But the more important thing in that sentence was that he told her his name. In these times, the royal emperor or queen's name was never spoken. Even when they were with family, and Penguin Queen was obviously shocked that Cat Emper- Daniel said his name like it was a friend's name. Penguin Queen responded with, "I-I'm Chloe." "Well Chloe, that alliance we made yesterday, did something happen to you after that?" Daniel asked.
"Well, the same thing as you, my mother tried to dethrone me from the throne, but I barely escaped, freezing multiple emperor Penguin guards (get it? Cause, I'm the emperor and there is a species called the emperor Penguin? I had to do that one, I apologize.) and nearly dying several times by ice shrapnels." Chloe responded. "O-oh, wow, that's very anti climatic than my dethroning process."
"If I wasn't near there to hear the shouting you did, you would have been thrown out the castle ground." "Well at least I shouted! I basically saved myself! Thank you very much!" "That thank you is appreciated after all the hard work I've done." "Anyways, we put ourselves in danger didn't we? Let's go out for an adventure!" After that sentence, Daniel held out his hand, Chloe not willingly took it, and they open the gate doors to see...
