"Look I get it you're my mother your suppose to watch out for me but i'm 19 years old i think i have the right to leave the house if i feel like it."
"Since your so grown, feel free to go but don't come back."
That was the day my mom kicked me out the house. I didn't think she was serious about not wanting me back in the house. So later that night around 3am i went back and found my bags packed up with a note that read don't mind trying to come in. I went to the door to our brownstone and tried to unlock it with my keys but it didn't work I rang the doorbell repeatedly then my tired looking mother opened it she was standing in front of me barely blocking my way inside due to her small figure, she glared at me and told me get the fuck off her doorstep slamming the door in my face i banged on the door but she didn't open it, i ended up sleeping in the front hallway that night.
It's been a week since i got kicked out she turned off my phone so I'm stuck using these pay phones I call her but she never connects the calls from me. Sometimes i wait by the bus stop to see if she'll be on her way to work but i never seem to catch her she even started locking the front hall door so I can't even get to the doorstep. I've been living in a ranchy motel but i ran out of money and i can't stay there anymore. I was with my friend Aiyana earlier she invited me to go to a party with her tonight but I gotta get my shit together before I can think about parties, I even lied to her and told her i got kicked out today explaining my bags she said she'll let me stay with her until her mom gets back from a business trip in the next 2 weeks. Now I'm sitting thinking about how I'm going to get a job, a place to stay, and manage to go to college. I was snapped out of my thoughts when i saw my mom getting on the bus .
"Mom !" I yell running across the street
She looked over at me through the bus window with disappointment written on her face and turned her head as the bus pulled off .
I'm fully done trying with her clearly she doesn't care about what I have to say, with that thought I decided to take the train back to Aiyana's apartment.
