Long ago, humans and monsters were friends... they would date, hang out, be friends, and love...

What went Wrong?

The monsters started getting kids with humans and the queen and king wanted this to end... so they demanded war...  

But a monster was pregnant with one... they called her philia! Her sons name was philza, but after the mother gave birth they raised him and protected him, but soon when Phil was 30 they died from humans, now he had a son and his name was wilbur, soon later he was however old with his son and wilbur had a friend, which was a son figure too philza called tommy! Wilbur barley remembers his mom, but knows her. Niki is sorta a daughter figure to philza since Niki is like a sister to Wilbur. 

But there is more to this story... and philza knows... he has lived for centuries and has seen other of his friends fall... that's why he doesn't like talking about what happened.

But what if we went 500 years ago?
