Long ago, when quirks first came into existence, a new race was born through the cruel experimentation from power-hungry villains. This race very closely resembled creatures from the old stories. They were Faries.

The forceful gale that tears the trees, that is a fairy's rage. The whistling wind that brings the rain, that is a fairy's tears. The joyful draught, dancing through the leaves, that is a fairy's laughter. The gentle breeze that guides the heart, that is the fairy song.

Phew, finally that day was over. I hadn't particularly felt like sparring with Nemuri today, so we just sat in my relatively plain-looking dorm room. I didn't really have anything there, except a few posters of All Might.
Believe it or not, I actually really looked up to, and admired him. Sure, I'd accidentally called him an idiot once, but I wasn't too freaked out. I had been when I was new to being a pro, around 12 years old. I'd met him while fighting one of my first proper villains, as he'd jumped in to help. I'd immediately recognised him as one of the Pros who'd come to my village after it had been wrecked.
I had been crushed under a wall, and if All Might hadn't seen me I would be dead right now, forgotten and broken, my last sight being my family's sightless eyes, the ruins of my home in the background. I was scarred that night, not just mentally. I had the marks on my lower back to prove it. Thank goodness I still had my wings, though.
Speaking of wings, I actually really just felt like flying right now. I hadn't been able to for a few days, and I really needed some air. So, I walked across the entire school and knocked on the staff room door.
"Hello, Principle Nezu?" I questioned as the door slid open.
"Right here, Y/n." He smiled that warm teacher-y smile. "What can I do for you?" I looked down, scuffing my feet on the floor.
"I was wondering if I would be able to um, fly around for a bit?" I looked up, tilting my head at him.
"Hm. It's after school, so there shouldn't be anyone around. Okay, just stick to U.A grounds and you should be fine." He smiled, waving a paw before going back to his desk. I smiled, turned, and shut the door behind me.

(These are what I envisioned the wings to look like. Then can fold in layers, in a way, so they're not visible through your clothes, but if, I don't know, someone were to accidentally rip the back of your P.E uniform open then you're wings would be in view 😏-sorry about the fairy the wings are on- and the art is not mine :)
As soon as I reached my dorm, the building soon to be for the entirety of Class 1A, I ran upstairs and changed into one of my spare costumes. I pushed the coat-hanger bearing my main one aside, ignoring the glitter of the silver sequins in swirls, representing the wind on the black fabric that made up the minidress and the pearlescent tights that matched my wings underneath it, revealing my less flashy costumes. Honestly, they weren't even costumes, just outfits that my wings could be free in.
I grabbed the red shirt and some plain black leggings, pulling my h/c hair into a bun. (If it's too short then just go with whatever hairstyle you want. The shirt is the picture below) I quickly made my way to the elevator and out the door.

I looked up, squinting at the brightness of the afternoon sun, spread my wings, and leapt into the sky.

The sun was setting when I got back to the dorms. The tips of my toes touched the ground, and the rest of my foot followed. I let my wings fall back down my back and walked inside the building.
The elevator let out a soft ding! as it opened it's doors to my level. I stepped out, making my way back to my bedroom. As soon as I closed the door, I ran over to my bed and flopped on it. Today had been a good day, all things considered. I got to fly around and check out the entire campus, I beat three strong-ish people, has All Might as a teacher, and made a friend or two.
Sighing, I threw a hand over my face, not wanting to move. After I lay there for a while, I got up, taking my shirt of and folding it neatly. I grabbed a new pair of pants, tugging them on after pulling the other ones off. I grabbed the old clothes, not bothering to put another shirt of my sports bra, and walked out my door to the laundry. I put all my worn uniforms and clothes in, before pressing 'start' after putting the powder in. I turned around and headed back up the stairs, my wings still folded and in plain sight. It's not like there was anyone else here anyway.
I shut the door once again, debating whether or not to change into pyjamas. I didn't really care about eating dinner, and I wasn't hungry, so I just lay back down on my bed, again. It wasn't until then that I realised exactly how exhausted I was; that battle today and flying had taken a lot out of me. Even if I had had a nap, for some reason I was extremely sleepy.
I managed to walk across the room and flick my light switch off, before promptly collapsing on the bed, still in my sports bra and sweat pants, my eyes fluttered shut as I fell asleep.

BTW, this is kind of like what the wings look like folded. That kind of folded xD sorry I didn't describe it well, and I apologise for this being such a short chapter.
