TEN MINUTES HAVE PASSED SINCE THE EIGHTH match started. Hatsume decided to step out of the net, wiping the sweat on her forehead, and left an exhausted Iida on the battlefield. "Uh, Hatsume stepped out of bounds. So Iida advances to the next round!" Midnight announced.
"I can't believe I let you trick me! You made me look like a fool!" Iida cried, and started yelling at the girl.
Hatsume muttered a quick apology before leaving Iida. I stared at the middle dumbfounded. 'That was... unexpected...'

The ninth to fourteenth match ended pretty quickly, and it was now the second round of the tournament. The new bracket for the next round was quickly shown to the crowd.
Match 1: Midoriya vs ??? Match 2: Todoroki vs Sorajika Match 3: Imeria vs Oruko Match 4: Iida vs Shiozaki Match 5: Ashido vs Aoyama Match 6: Tokoyami vs Yaoyorozu Match 7: Kirishima vs Tetsutetsu Match 8: Bakugo vs Uraraka
I let out a sigh. 'Looks like I'll be fighting that duplication girl... Her physical abilities and agility are quick and amusing. Her quirk is similar to Ectoplasm's. I guess I'll have to keep my distance then and use my powers to my advantage.'
I sighed. The first match of the second round started, and it was between Midoriya and a boy from general studies. Seriously, what is up with Midoriya fighting guys from that course?
I slightly rolled my eyes at my own observation and shook my head. My receiver suddenly rang, indicating a call. "Hey, Ochaco. I'll be right back." I told her. She nodded.
I stood up from my seat and made my way to the waiting rooms.
I checked the caller ID, seeing Apana's number. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Did she finally get into contact with Cargo?
I sat down and answered it. A hologram of Apana appeared, along with Headmaster Borex, Headmistress Empra, Lady Lydia, and Master Ravolo.
"Apana... everyone... what's wrong?" I asked."Bad news, princess. A few creatures in the twilight escaped and are now running rampage." Ravolo reported.
