~~~~Chapter 2~~~~
After richard stared at dawn, richard fell asleep and as soon as he woke up, he found that dawn was gone he just saw a breakfast beside his bed with a note beside it saying
"i love you richard, i do and I'm thankful for that one special day that we had, i just wished we could do that everyday for the rest of our lives, but i guess it's too late, so let me say i love you for one last time.
Richard just bowed down and cried, as the day ended richard just went home and pretended as if nothing happens but for pretending doesn't mean forgetting cause in his heart he has no plans on forgetting that one special day with dawn. And as time pass by, as he tries so hard to move on, he got a call from one of the head of abs-cbn and told him that his presence is very much needed in the trade launch event and that he has to do a duet with dawn.
Richard was totally surprised and happy, very much happy yet sad because he has to stop moving on and start hoping again for another one day with her.
The day before the launch, he got a call from dawn, he was shock yet glad.
"hello, dawn!"
"hello chard"
"why did you call?"
"well i just want you to know that we'll be singing Muli for the trade launch"
"ok, no problem"
As much as he wanted to tell her that he misses her so much and that he loves her even more, richard just said goodbye and ended their conversation.
On the day of the launched, richard was quite nervous while preparing himself in his home and his wife did noticed it.
"hon, are you ok?"
"yup, im totally fine"
While his preparing, his wife started to talk about things and instead of listening, richard was busy thinking and imagining about dawn, As richard was about leave his wife gave him a kiss but as he felt her lips he thought about her, about dawn. And that made him feel un-easy that he couldn't even look at his wife's eyes, so he just decided to go.
When arriving at the trade launch, he then tried to look for dawn and someone told him that she's in her dressing room, so he directly went there, when seeing her room, he saw dawn from a far so he walked slowly to watched her carefully and as he entered the room, he greeted her warmly.
"hi dawn! its nice to see you again"
"yeah! well here's the song"
As they started to practice, dawn was focused on the paper but in her mind( dawn control yourself, don't even try to look at him, one day is enough, or is it,,really enough!? is it?") while richard was very busy staring at her, it was like the world stop revolving and all that matters is her, he couldn't stop recalling what had happen and how much he wanted to hold dawn and just run away with her. Minutes later they were left alone in the room, so richard closes the door.
"dawn! you look beautiful, you look perfect"
"thanks, you look handsome"
"how can you say that when your not even looking at me"
"i did saw you, and im seeing you right now"
Richard then went closer to dawn and held her head and looked her in the eyes.
"i miss you dawn"
"chard stop, you promise me that was it"
"you know me, im not good with promises"
"just stop, please!"
Dawn then started crying
"tell me how!, tell me dawn and i'll stop"
Richard just hugged her tight and gentle wipe her tears away, when richard was about to come nearer and nearer to her, suddenly dawn's manager came in so he just decided to wait outside.
When their prod is coming up they were made to wait in the backstage, while waiting, dawn's manager ask them if they could pose for a picture for their fans, dawn was so game and tried to be jolly around richard and richard took the chance, he gaurded her hips and looked closely in her eyes. And then a staff called them
Richard was the one who sang first and then dawn, since they were on the each side of the stage, richard couldn't help it and walked towards dawn and took her hand, by the end of the song, dawn's face was so close to his, while singing, richard was staring at her lips and how much he wanted to kiss those lips but he didn't instead he kissed her on the cheeks.
When the trade launched ended, before dawn decides to leave, she ask her manager to wait for her in the car cause she will just go to the powder room but while she's in the cr, richard suddenly came in and locked the door and just rushed into her and kissed her passionately, he gaurded her waist and she grabbed his hair, as they exchanged kisses, dawn pulled him.
"stop, chard!"
"how can i stop loving you dawn"
"i don't know, but where would our love lead us when both of us are already have responsibilities"
Richard then gentle touched her face and lingered her hair.
"tell me to leave her and i would"
Dawn was speechless hearing those words from richard's mouth but she couldn't stand it, so she directly went oustside the cr but before she could leave, richard holded her hand and said
"just remember what i just said, just tell me and i'll do it, i love you dawn, so much"
And as much as dawn wanted to tell him to do it, she doesn't know how, maybe its not the right time.
After minutes of looking at each other and as the day is about to end their hands slowly parted ways, feeling their fingers touched, fading and both eyes that looks deeply in-love but love that is prisoned and must be given to someone else, and as dawn was walking, she looked back and said "i love you", although richard didn't hear what she said, looking at her mouth, he did understand what she said and just thought ( i know were meant to be together, i know it).
