Chapter 5

~Three and a half weeks later~

I had finally broken the sire bond yesterday, at least I think. I haven't actually had the chance to test it out. That would require me going to the Mikaelson hybrid or him coming to me, I was still on 'house arrest' and there was no way I was bringing the team anywhere near the original nest, as I call it.

The Avengers and I bonded very quickly but Nat was still the only one on the team to see you transform, Tony only saw my wolf form but Nat saw the process. I also even bonded a little with Loki, He only ever gave me a small smile but that's still more than what the others got.

"So y/n, when do we get to see you transform?" We were all at the dinner table eating tacos even Loki had joined today. Clint was the only one who was intrigued by seeing this process. Loki too I could tell by the small glance he made.

"Unless you want to see every bone in my body break and reform, then never," I reply in a joking but serious voice. Everyone but Nat looked shocked.

"Wait! you did that until it didn't hurt, to break the sire bond?" Bruce was now interested and concerned over my health. I nod. Loki was back to eating almost finished with his meal.

We all continued the meal in silence Loki had left before the others had finished and I was sitting on the couch watching a murder mystery show with Clint and Nat when the alarms started blaring. Nat and Clint ran to get suited up along with the others.

"Hey Y/n, keep an eye on Reindeer Games," Tony instructs me from the elevator. I nod and he left waving.

Right when the elevator closes Loki appears on the other side of the couch. I squeak out in surprise. "Sorry, I just don't like being around the others. I have a few questions about what you are." He got straight to the point and I gestured for him to continue, I guess I could end our little game here. "So, you're a werewolf and are sired by another werewolf."

"Was, I was sired to an original vampire wolf hybrid and I am a hybrid as well."

"Original?" He clearly didn't know the term.

"He was a part of the family that was the first to become vampires. It basically means he is stronger than normal vampires. And he was originally born as a werewolf, so when he was turned he became a hybrid." I explained.

"Right, so what exactly can you do?"

"Well I can compel people to do what I want, I have heightened senses, since I'm also a werewolf my bite can kill another vampire. Oh, and I live forever as long as no one drives a Wooden stake through my heart or burns me alive." I give a small smile to him.

He nods and summons a book to read. I shut the TV off not wanting to disturb his reading and grab the book I had brought on the coffee table.

Being very observant I noticed how he never actually flipped the page, he was just staring. He must be trying to process all the information he was told.

You and Loki had been reading for a long time and the Avengers finally came back. Loki immediately teleported away. "Hey, kid." Clint had sounded exhausted and when I looked up they looked exhausted too. I took a deep breath in and stopped right away. Clint was bleeding. I had actually forgotten to drink blood that day too so I was a bit hungry.

I turned around as the veins under my eyes popped out and my teeth started to grow. "Clint!" I partly scream. He looked at your back and immediately apologized heading straight for the elevator dragging Bucky who also had a few cuts with him, the others weren't bleeding. That's when I finally breathed in the zero-blood air. I turned back around and everyone was staring at me. "Blood." you finally told them. "I haven't eaten yet today." They all nodded in understanding.
