The Hogsmead trip

Y/N POV

It was now the last Hogsmead trip before the Holidays started.

The twins would come a little later, because they needed to do something first. So Lee and you already left with the carriages "I hope they stay out of trouble." You said as you let out a small alugh. "My dearest Y/N, we are talking about our best friends here, of course they won't stay out of trouble." He said and you both laughed at this.

"But all jokes aside, what's going on between you and George?" Lee asked. "What are you talking about?" You said in an unconvincing tone.

"Y/N I've known you for years now, I see how you look at him and how he looks at you. You know you can talk about this stuff to me."He said while giving you a soft smile.

It was true, you could always go to Lee with your problems or when you just had to let it all out. He could really keep a secret.

"Okay Lee, I really don't know to be honest. I mean he's my best friend, I care a lot about him you know? But recently I don't know, this might sound stupid, but I-I think I might have feelings for him or something." You mumbled in a quiet voice.

"Y/N that doesn't sound stupid at all, I see the way you look at each other. There is definitely something between the two of you." He said while smiling at you. You soon changed the topic to something else.

"So where do you need to go?" Lee asked. "Erm, I need to go to Tomes and Scrolls, Zonko's and Honeydukes you?" "Only Honeydukes and Zonko's." "Meet each other at the Three Broomsticks in about an hour?" "Thats good with me. See ya."

As you made your way to Tomes and scrolls you bumped into someone and fell on the snowy ground. "Oh I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going." You said and smiled at the boy. " Don't apologise, the fault was all mine." He said sticking his hand out, which you gladly took.

"I'm Aiden by the way, Aiden Abbot." "Well it's nice to meet you Aiden, I'm Y/N Lupin." You said smiling at the boy.

"Well than where're you heading to Y/N?" "I'm going to Tomes and Scrolls, you?" "I was heading there myself, care to join?" You nodded and the two of you started walking in the direction of the bookshop.

After a while the two of you finally arrived at the bookshop. "So what are you looking for? "I'm looking for a muggle book for my friend, she really likes them." You said.

"What kind of books does she like?" "Romantic Novels, but I don't think you'd know much about them." At this he grabbed your hand and pulled you to the back of the store. "Aiden what are you doing, where are we going?

"Here, these are the most romantic books they have. Don't tell anyone but I really like to read books with a little romance." He said while giving you a soft smile. " I didn't take you for the soft type mister Abbot." You said while giving him a smirk. "You've literally met me about 20 minutes ago. How could you already have an opinion on me?" "Well you're one of the popular guys, so that's why." You said while laughing a little.

"Auwch, that hurt Lupin." He said while placing his hand over his heart. This made the both of you giggle. "Oh shut up Abbot!" You said. After a while of looking through the shelves you had finally found the right book thanks to Aidens knowledge about Romantic Novels.

"Where do you need to go next?" "Oh, you don't have to come with me,I-" He interrupted you. "But I want to." He said with a soft smile, which you quickly returned. "So where is the next stop Miss Lupin?" He said while sticking his arm out and you took it. "Honeydukes and Zonko's."

The two of you made your way to the shops and talked a little more about all kinds of stuff. You really got to know each other and even though you didn't know Aiden that well, you felt like you could trust him blindfolded.
