Walking on the gravel path that lead to Sarasaland Luigi nervously fiddled with the strings on his green jogging pants. Today was the day, the day he was going to confess his love for her. He had always admired the Princess of Sarasaland for her beauty and personality but he himself never had the guts to ask her out all those years back then, when they had first met. The guards immediately recognized the young plumber and let him through the gates where Dasiy stood talking to one of her guards. She looked up from the guard and a smile crossed her face as she saw him.

"H-How are you today?" Luigi couldn't help but stutter. Dasiy giggled and motioned for him to follow her and off they went to her gym. Luigi was never athletic but he was always good at running, as he always had to keep up with Mario when saving the princess from Bowser. He was brought back by Dasiy turning on the treadmill.

"Um, Dasiy?" He could feel the sweat on him at this point.

"Yes Luigi?" She was also sweating, but not for the same reason Luigi was.

"I um, I like, um, I like you" said Luigi before turning away, embarrassed.

"Aww... I like you... too you marshmallow." She spaced out her words as she went from a jog to a full sprint on the treadmill.

Luigi spoke up again, "No, like I've fallen for you."

At these words Daisy tripped and went flying back into the wall behind. Debris surrounded the princess as she sat up and shook off the pain.

"Luigi, are you serious?" Luigi only nodded.

The treadmill turned itself off and Daisy walked over to Luigi, placing a hand on his shoulder. She wore a sad smile and hugged him.

"Im sorry but I dont feel the same, I hope we can still be friends" Luigi felt a pang in his heart but smiled and nodded. He dismissed himself and as soon as he was out of the kingdom he broke down into tears.
