First Impressions

+Se-mi POV+

You're waiting outside the office of the CEO of Kim Cosmetics. Jennie Kim: the most badass, hardworking and attractive CEO of the century.

And you're hoping to work for her. You're a bag of nerves as you wait and you take a few minutes to hide your nerves and calm yourself. It's not long until you're called into her office.

You take a deep breath and walk into the office. You fix your suit and do finish touches to your hair and makeup. You're led into her office and when you go into the room, Jennie's chair is facing you and she's engrossed in her paperwork.

"Miss Kim. The interviewee is here." The assistant catches Jennie's attention and her gaze lands on you. You feel nervous as heck as she analyses you.

"Miss Choi is it?" Jennie asks while reading over what seems like your CV.

"Yes, Miss Kim. I'm Choi Se-mi. It's so good to meet you Ma'am." you introduce yourself and bow to her.

"Ah. Please, call me Jennie. There's no need for the Ma'am." she reassures you and you nod and bow to her again.

"Miss Choi. Do you mind if I call you Se-mi? If you don't feel comfortable calling me Jennie, a Miss Kim will suffice." she's warm and comforting to you and makes you at ease.

Due to this, you're more yourself at the interview. You two find things you have in common and have lots of laughs.

"Well, Se-mi your application is quite promising. You're quite the impressive woman. I'll give you a call back with my decision tomorrow." she smiles at you sweetly and you both get up. You shake her hand and thank her for her time.

"It was a pleasure to meet you Miss Kim. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I look forward to your call." you say your goodbye and bow before leaving.

+Jennie POV+

As she walks out my office, my mind is full of her. She's an intriguing woman. I'm definitely hiring her. She'll be a great addition to our team.

I look forward to working with you Miss Choi.

I call in my assistant and carry on with my day. The strange thing is I can't get the interviewee out of my head. She gave quite an impression.

The work day has ended so I head to the garage to my car. I'm curious as to what Se-mi is doing now. Once in my car, I take out my phone and call her.

{4 hours earlier}

"Mirae?" I call my assistant into my office.

She comes in a few minutes and is waiting for me to speak.

"You have Choi Se-mi's phone number right?" I ask and she nods.

"Could you give me her number? I need to call her about the interview anyway." I ask her and she nods and walks towards me while smiling.

"Miss Kim. I'm glad you've taken an interest in someone." She simply says and places a piece of paper on my desk.

On the paper is Se-mi's phone number.
And there's a little "thought you'd need this :D"

I grin at her cuteness and shake my head while chuckling.
"Ah Mirae. I knew I made a good decision hiring you." I laugh and save her number in my contacts.

{back to the present}

I call her and hear the line ring.
It's not too long before she picks up.
