"we've got a sleeper.." i heard a raspy voice say. i furrowed my eyebrows, my eyes still shut.

who could've said that..?

"wake up~" a different voice said sillily. i slowly blinked my eyes open.

"hmm?" i asked as my eyes adjusted to my surroundings. as i became fully aware, i realized i was face to face with a man. the top of his head was gray but the bottom was black, with a few gray stripes.

TWICE???

i jumped back, trying to kick him. at that moment i realized i was encased in chains.

"where the hell am i?!" i exclaimed, backing away from the already very close to me villain, Twice.

Twice giggled while backing away.

"finally!!" he said skipping on back to the few other villains he was with. i made eye contact with dabi, then shigaraki, then toga, who was staring at me with a smile and a knife. i realized bakugou was next to me, in less restraints than i was, but still very restrained. he looked back at me, no real emotion present on his face.

"dabi, release their restraints." shigaraki said causing the stitched up bacon strip to snap his head to him.

"huh?? they're going to try and fight us, you know.." dabi said cocking his head toward bakugou. shigaraki looked back at us, mainly bakugou.

"it's fine. we need to treat them like equals, since we're scouting them." he then looked directly at me which made me really nervous.

"besides," he shifted his vision to bakugou, "you can tell if you'll win or not if you fight in this situation, right U.A students?" shigaraki scolded. i looked at bakugou who remained silent. i didn't say anything either.

im overflowing with impatience, they need to let us go so we can find a way out.

"twice, you do it." dabi instructed. twice jumped a little.

"what, ME?! no way!!" he exclaimed, crossing his arms. this guy is very very animated when it comes to expressing emotion.

"do it." dabi said sternly. twice sighed out a "man.." before cautiously walking over to us. twice walked up to bakugou.

"no twice." shigaraki said, twice stopped in his tracks and turned to shigaraki.

"release amaya first." he said.

me first?

twice walked up to me, cautiously taking me out of my restraints. i massaged my wrists. it took everything in me not to sucker punch the shit out of him.

"i do apologize for such forceful methods.. but please do understand that we are not just a mob trying to commit crimes.." sako said as twice walked over to undo bakugou's restraints.

"we didn't kidnap the two of you by accident." he said, looking between us.

they took me on purpose?

they chose me on purpose?

i just stood there. i cant just escape without bakugou, leaving him behind would be selfish. and there's no way i'd be able to figure out how to get him out of the restraints myself.

"even though our situations differ," shigaraki stood up, "everyone here has been restricted and suffered because of rules.. people and heroes.." he referred to bakugou being tied up in second place at the sports festival and my lack of acknowledgement from those around me.
