Burr POV:
I stared at my daughter. I saw the fear that filled her eyes while I scolded her. I stopped for a second.
"A-are you scared of me...?" I asked, curiously.
She looked up and slightly nodded. "Well... you did go to jail for punching a kid." She joked.
I smirked a bit. My smile faded when I remembered what she was in trouble for.
"You're not off the hook for making out with a Hamilton! I told you they're bad news and you just ignore me." I scolded.
"No dad, you don't listen to me! I love Philip! And he loves me! He's not like his dad and if he is, at least he's better than you! You're the bad guy here!" She yelled back.
That hit hard. I was completely stunned by what she said to me. I didn't know how to respond.
"If you love him so much, then go! AND NEVER RETURN!!!" I screamed at her. She looked terrified.
What have I done this time.
Eliza POV:
I heard a knock at the door. I went down to open the door but Philip got there first.
I went to the door and saw Theo, crying into Philip's shoulder.
I decided to leave them alone. I went back upstairs and set up Philip's room for the two of them. I figured Theo would be staying at least one night. After that, I went to Alex's home office to tell him that Theo was staying.
"Alex love, I have something to tell you." I stated, walking into his office.
He looked up from his computer, a flash of worry crossed his eyes.
"P-please don't tell me you're pregnant again..." he stuttered.
"No no I'm not pregnant. Theo is staying with us again. But this time, I'm letting her stay in Philip's room since I'm the only parent allowing them to date!" I said, a little bit loud.
He stared at me.
"Now I wish you were pregnant" he mumbled. "Philip can't date a Burr! I made that very clear!"
"I don't care, they love each other and I support them." I said. He was about to say something but I turned my heel and walked away.
