Chapter 1

The powerful weapon.

In every domain, is an emperor leading its people.

The goal of every emperor is to expand its territory. Therefore it includes conquering another domain no matter what it takes.

It is in the form of war.

Years ago, after the 'the child of demon' was sealed she  was forgotten and eventually became a myth as years passed by.

Nowadays, her story was use to scare children.

"We are about to lose!" The emperor was fightened as another domain was almost done with its preparation for the war.

"General what shoudl we do?" Asked by the second in command.

"Leave it to me, I'll infiltrate their domain.." The general volunteered.

"But it's too dangerous----"

"I can handle it. I could even burn their domain without any second thoughts.." Levathian kidded but they know he really meant his words.

The emperor sighed in defeat, as much as he cannot afford to lose his General, he cannot let other domain win against them.

"Wisteria.." The old Bishop said. "I was told by my ancestors.." He paused a bit. The bishop was blind due to his age.

"The myth was true.."

"We don't have time for myths." The emperor said hysterically. He may look powerful infront of his people but the truth is he mainly rely on his General.

"What makes it true?" Levathian's curiosity starts to rise.

"Why don't you see it yourself. The truth shall prevail in your naked eyes.."

"And what domain does the legend belong?"

"The Kingdom of Merylia.." The Bishop was abit hesitant.

"What's this myth? There's a lot of myth---"

"1000 years ago. A maiden was forced to enter eternal sleep.."

In the eyes of everyone, she was a sinner.

"For the crimes you have committed, child of demon you are going to receive the worst punishment for immortals!

You will enter eternal sleep!"

Eternal sleep is like death to immortals.

"I the bishop who was appointed by gods and goddesses.."

As the bishop raised his wand, she uttered a word for the first time.

"I shall return.."

Then as the weather distorts, lightning strikes, her painful cries was heard.

"DEMON CHILD! YOU CANNOT DISOBEY THE COMMAND OF GODS AND GODDESSES! I AM NOW------"

Darkness covered the entire area. As their sight cameback, the first thing they saw was a huge ice crystal on the center of the trial court.

And inside of it was the child of demon. Her eyes was wide opened yet she cannot move.

The Bishop immediately chanted the spell to force her to eternal sleep.

Then her eyes went close.

Everyone was confused and fightened at the same time. Then the Bishop accidentally touched the cold crystal.

And the Bishop immediately met his death, he was frozen.

Realization hit them, it was a curse that she uttered.

That anyone who touches her will freeze.

"And what benefit can we gain? Is there even any?" Asked by the second in command.

"The myth's just a bonus. Healers from Merylia are our major priority as of now. They're known as the land of healers.." Levathian Said.

The Emperor smiled and was proud of Levathian.

"And I shall see the truth by my naked eyes.." Levathian was determined.

After days of planning, it was time for them to infiltrate Merylia.
